Don't believe the trolls sent by competitors to belittle this great server company. I've been with GlowHost since 2010 and have experienced almost 100% uptime (only two maintenance downtimes, otherwise extremely reliable). I've used several other server companies, and GlowHost stands out. They never suddenly drop servers, never change prices overnight, or engage in practices that exploit customers (like one company that planted a fake virus and then tried to sell me virus insurance for extra fees). GlowHost has been consistent in their service. I've had no hacker attacks, and the best part is their customer service, which is absolutely rock solid. Their staff usually gets back to you the same day or even within minutes sometimes. They are always professional, patient, and courteous.

I plan to continue with them as I ramp up my video game "RiftVerse," which is heavily server-reliant. I feel confident going with GlowHost, as they've been there when no one else was for me.Try them out and see for yourself. GlowHost is the best server company—I believe you'll have a great, solid, and reliable experience with them.

I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke the app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I never use this host again. I found this hoster via a friend, he got a code where all packages costs 1 cent. I used the code and paid the 1 cent. I typed my address and bought that package. After i set my webiste up (took about 5 hours). I was very happy, that i got my own homepage. After that it was late and i went sleep. About 16 Hours later i saw the eMail that they sent in the late night + the suspended domain, i were shocked. They wanted my ID with a photo from me. I said i won't do that, then they wrote "unfortunately we cannot approve your order....." I would never send any photo from my ID to the hoster. Im very angry and i need to say, that i never had that experience. They restricted my access to everything from FTP to Database. I had no chance to get my stuff back. And the work was for the trash.... The only thing, if i could i give 0 stars, but i cant. I let it at 2 stars, the support is very friendly, and offers still their help. But still a bad hoster.

When I contact support the reaction time is awesome and the way these people are willing to work with/for you is amazing. Their claim that their support is the fastest in the world might well be true. Glowhost web hosting is the best. RECOMMENDED!

Support tickets that I have submitted have been promptly answered and communication from glowhost has been professional and reasonable. They don't spam me with offers for things I don't need.

I chose Glowhost because they offered Shoutcast and web hosting in one package. Directly after ordering, I noted that my entire control panel was in Chinese. I then had to work with support for hours before my site could be published, and was asked to scan and send copies of government issued identification. My Shoutcast server went down on the second day, requiring me to contact support a second time. My streaming specifications were also not as advertised, which I had to contact support to resolve. When it came to building my website, I would have liked to have seen more tools to create a professional looking site. Ultimately, I decided to find a more trustworthy host that could provide better tools to actually build my website. When I tried to invoke Glowhost's Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, I was told that I'd be charged for my domain name that was originally offered for free, and that the charge would come out of my hosting refund. I was sent links to terms and conditions that differed from what I'd already read. After mentioning my intentions of sharing my experiences, I was then told that they could offer me the full refund as an "exception." I replied that I had no intention of withholding details of my experience, and the offer was revoked. In short, Glowhost was not for me. I felt misled by the Satisfaction Guarantee and was dissatisfied in the amount of issues that arose within my first week alone. For anyone looking for web hosting services, Glowhost has timely technical support but was far from pain free for me and abides by the same fine print any cheaper, more popular, professional, and easier to use host does as well.
