If I could give zero stars I would! I have been getting the run around for two months. Never received product or refund. Told me proof of delivery was tracking that said delivered but no photo, I checked 4 ring cameras the days around its “delivery” no delivery on 4 of my ring cameras, asked neighbors, mailman, and post office returns……nothing!!!! I suggest you stay as far away from GlowSmile as possible. The company is a SCAM!!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It's a complete scam and waste of money. I've had nothing but issues with my orders. The latest issue is that I asked to have my "subscription" canceled on 2/25/26. I received an email from "Lisa, customer service" who acknowledged my request, yet on 3/22, nearly a month later, I was charged for the products that I asked to have canceled and now they won't refund me or send me a free shipping label to send the items back. They are cheap, come from China, and take a month to even arrive (I still have yet to receive these items). I wish I researched this before placing the initial order and spent so much money on crap. In case "Glow Smile" wants to respond to this my order # is CE11184 and I have all of the emails with "Lisa" showing when I requested to have my subscription canceled and the subsequent replies.

I placed an order two months ago and still no toothbrush in hand. Customer service gives the run around. I wish that I had researched the company and product prior to ordering.

They never sent me the product. The customer service is horrible. I would give it a 0 if I could. Do not buy this.

I tried this because of the "money back guarantee". However, this is soooo not the case. First, they charge a restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping. Which at first is annoying but then you find out you have to return it to the Netherlands, so essentially it will cost almost as much for me to return it as it did to buy it. That's in addition to the fact that the toothbrush is cheaply made and doesn't work. The bristles hardly even move. Do not buy!

Had to pay for shipping even though on my receipt it says shipping is free. Due to fraudulent postage I had to pay $10 just to receive my item.
They say they are from Netherlands. But now I see others posting uk and china. Don't Ever Buy anything from this company!! And it took almost a month to get to me.

GlowSmile made online shopping so easy. My order was processed quickly, and the items arrived in great condition.

De tandenborstel is handzaam en mijn tanden werden werkelijk witter en schoner. Heel gemakkelijk in het gebruik. De borstel gaat ook lang mee. En is niet duur om aan te schaffen. Het bedrijf lijkt nu van de aardbodem verdwenen. Misschien door alle negatieve beoordelingen. Ik vind het jammer, want het werkt in elk geval erg goed als je wittere tanden wilt hebben. Voor hygiëne is een tweede elektrische borstel goed, als je net als ik scheve tanden hebt, met wat moeilijker te bereiken plekjes.

J’ai commander chez glow smile le 21 novembre à cause d’une influenceuse j’ai toujours rien reçu bientôt 1mois qu’on me dis que le colis est en transit dans je demande remboursement on me dis que le colis arrive depuis 3semaine. Arnaqueur ne commander jamais la bas

I ordered the smart rush without any problems but everything went wrong after I ordered the toothpaste. I was supposed to get it at a reduced rate but that failed to work. I sent them an email on the same day which they never replied to. I kept sending emails to say I did not want the product sent to me all of which they ignored and sent me the product anyway. I asked for the return address which they refused to send me. The latest refund offer is 30%. Having read the reviews, I’m pretty sure that ‘AI Emma’ will make sure I receive nothing. They are a fake company that I believe is worked by China. Please please don’t buy from them.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. I ordered the GlowSmile feeling confident that they stated 30 day money back guarantee. I didn't think the item made any difference to my teeth and my dentist told me I'd wasted my money. After many emails back and forth with Emma (customer services) I eventually was persuaded to accept a 30% refund. (When I read that they would only give a full refund if the item was in original condition - and how can you do that if you've used it?) I have been told many times that they have refunded me £14.99 and sent me a screen shot of 'their system', however I have never received a refund. I would say avoid this company at all costs as, in my opinion, their claims and promises are false.

J’ai passé une commande chez Glow Smile le 29 septembre et je ne l’ai reçue que le 9 octobre, ce que je trouve déjà assez long. Mais le pire, c’est qu’en ouvrant le colis, je me suis aperçue que ce n’était pas du tout ce que j’avais commandé. J’ai donc payé pour un article que je n’ai pas reçu, et en plus j’ai attendu tout ce temps pour rien.

J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client, et cela fait maintenant deux semaines que j’attends une réponse. Pourtant, ils précisent être disponibles 7 jours sur 7 de 8h à 18h, ce qui est complètement faux. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails, j’ai tenté de les joindre via Instagram et directement sur leur site web à plusieurs reprises (au moins quatre fois), mais aucune réponse.

Le service client est horrible, il est tout simplement inexistant et irrespectueux. Ils font de la publicité mensongère sur leur disponibilité et ne sont absolument pas sérieux. C’est inadmissible de traiter les clients de cette façon. Entre le long délai, l’erreur de commande et l’absence totale de réponse, je mets 0/10 sans hésiter.

Beställde från Glowsmile, en penna som ska ge vitare tänder. Det står att man har full återbetalning om man inte var nöjd. Jag är inte alls nöjd med produkten. Jag har mailat flera gånger men inte fått svar. Totalt värdelöst företag som bara lurar sina kunder. Skulle inte rekommendera någon att köpa där ifrån!!!

Dit bedrijf komt afspraken niet na. Bestelling is nooit geleverd. Ze houden je maanden aan het lijntje en ondanks herhaalde pogingen om eea geregeld te krijgen of terugbetaling te regelen is er na 5 maanden nog steeds niets opgepakt. Koop hier niet, zijn oplichters. Zelfs het antwoord dat ze hieronder plaatsen is niet correct ondanks herhaalde mails. Dit hebben ze zelfs al bevestigd gekregen van de bezorgers.
Edit: dit bedrijf weet al maanden dat het pakket op een verkeerd adres is afgeleverd. Bewijs is al drie keer aan hen doorgestuurd. Al twee keer is er aangegeven dat ze het naar betreffende afdeling hebben doorgestuurd en daarna wordt het weer stil. Dit duurt nu al 10 maanden en geld nog steeds niet retour. Willen geen energie steken in een goede afhandeling en komen iedere keer met de zelfde teksten ter verontschuldiging. Telkens weer in het engels, niet dat ik daar niets mee kan, maar als je in Nederland koopt moet er een duidelijk antwoord in het Nederlands komen. Zijn duidelijk shipdroppers, alles wordt in China besteld en zelf hebben ze geen lokale voorraad. Het gaat hen dus alleen om de verzending en geld innen, maar terugbetalen als er iets misgaat, ho maar.

Je n’ai toujours pas le colis à ce jour il n’est même pas expédié et quand j’écris au sav on me menace d’annuler la commande

Har väntat i 2 veckor nu.. det står att packet är redo att skickas.. så jag har suttit i två veckor och väntar men dom har alltså inte ens skickar mitt paket .. önska att ja kunde ångra beställningen men finns inga sånna alternativ

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a refund since the 25th July and only 40% of if.
The refund process is lies and the smart brush you can buy on Temu for gbp20.00 do not use this company

Na eenmaal het product geprobeerd te hebben, merkte ik dat dit onder de maat was. Ik wilde dit retourneren, en ze boden een korting aan. Dit wilde ik niet. Producten zijn geretourneerd en terugbetaling blijft uit. Ze blijven me aan het lijntje houden met 'team is bezig met oplossen van terugbetalingskwesties, geduld hebben, wanneer het terug in het magazijn is' etc. Verzendbewijs is verstuurd en inmiddels reageren ze niet op mijn verzoeken tot terugbetaling. Ik heb er ook nog verzendkosten voor moeten betalen. Hier NIET bestellen - product is niet oké en hun service al helemaal niet. Ze zijn onbetrouwbaar!
