I ordered an so called Economizer
But within an hour I tried to cancel
But wouldn't allow me saying it's away for packing, when it arrived I tried to get return address but nothing a parcel, I have been trying for weeks to hear from them, they put an £12 late payment charge, in the hands of my bank now

Fly by night company. First contacted by their customer service from Indonesia.
UK registered company which is in the process of being struck off and dissolved in the next week avoid.
Scammed out of an item supposedly sent and received according to them, but not by last mile courier

Actually did receive order but product turned out to be useless, as is their so-called Guarantee.....no chance of getting money back. Should not be permitted to advertise on Facebook, scam from start to finish, avoid at all costs.

It's a pity I have to give one star I would of preferred giving no stars. Glowthry is a scam. Paid the money nothing arrived and it's been a month already. No email addresses work and they never get back to you. One big scam. Stay away.

7I ordered something on 7th Feb in error and cancelled it within 2 mins. I didn't put my card or address details in but they were automatically entered so not sure how they got them. I immediately cancelled the order within a few minutes of the order which had gone through to their cust service via email asking them not to send item out and to refund the amount back on my card. I never received a response so emailed them again and again and again, to date I've emailed them 9 times now and not had one reply until 13/2/26 saying my order was on its way and replied back in disgust and still not heard back. My card company are looking into it as I've raised a dispute, they advised to decline it if/when it arrives. No service at all let alone customer service and would never order from them again. Wish I'd read up on the company before. I never use a Debit card when ordering online.

Absolute scam artists. I ordered online health pills and this turns out to be a dress shop in Holland. I ordered them because it came via Shop, so thought they were legit. Lost £38

Bought a product from what I thought was an English company, the wrong product came from China. Sent the product back to their London address, and it was delivered and tracked by the Royal Mail, but they gave me a false postcode, and said they never received it. This has taken months to resolve, but not through them
I got E mails from a German company, supposedly there Customer service, all fake. Do not use this company.

Ordered a Milwaukee heated jacket from TicTok. Price seemed too good to be true and it is/was. It's been over 2 weeks and their tracking system is PHONY and BS!!! It says FAST free shipping and they are LIARS IMO. Can't call anyone and no one replies to e-mail inquires. It's NOT coming and now I have to contact my bank and report them EVERYWHERE! What a freaking JOKE!

total scam don't touch as sent a similar but different product to that advertised and did not honour refund policy.

DO NOT place any orders or make any purchases under any circumstances with this SCAM company... they actually advertise on Facebook amongst others.
The tracking information they provide does not exist and cannot be traced...they refuse to accept any order cancellations and return address provided is Hong Kong although a London address is quoted in their advert and therefore not cost effective to make a return!! BUYER BEWARE AT ALL COSTS. They should be removed from all sites and banned from advertising completely to prevent any further crime.

They take your money don't deliver goods , don't reply to emails and tracking numbers they provide are fake . Their web site has been blocked by my software and comes up as dangerous
Companies house registration the company is registered as IVOZDANOV Ltd and the person is IVO. GROZDANOV
registered address 2 Leman street London which comes up as an underground car park

ordered product that never arrived, tracking number came up with "no info"

I ordered a stop smoking product which I never received It cost me £33.98. Do not order any products from them, they are con men.

Absoultly disgusting why Facebook allow them on con men not received or contacted ripped off

Still not received my items low life scammers lost £60 had to cancel my debit card just in case Facebook very dangerous place

they are conmen I would not buy from them again cant contact them try email ask for certain format but you can only fill the boxes no phone numbers so be very carefull.

If I could not give any stars I would. Shocking company took my money and but sent the wrong order. They did start to reply to my emails then nothing. I've asked for a refund and where to return the incorrect stuff and they've just ignored me almost £50 down. Disgusting company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Still waiting for Order no 2151 made on April 20. Now seven weeks later tracking reads expired. No reply to e mails beware of purchasing.

Ordered goods on Facebook but heard nothing. After a few weeks I found contact details for customer service and thought all would be good!
Over several communications i’ve provided them with my full name, delivery address, email address from which goods ordered, the amount of the order and the date of the order.
They are telling me that they cannot trace my order without me providing them with an order number, which they never provided me with in the first place
I’ve not received my goods, I’ve not received a refund amount and I’m out of pocket to the tune of £50
I feel I’ve been scammed and would urge anybody to be extremely cautious when using this company
