Canceling your subscription is impossible.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription through their support email and just keep getting the run around. They tell me to submit my email to receive a link to a “magic portal” that will allow me to cancel. I have yet to receive any such link. When I ask again, I’m told to change browsers or folders….did not work. The support person told me she can’t manually cancel for me. It must be done through the magic portal link by me.
Putting the responsibility on the customer to cancel and then refusing access to any ability to actually cancel is against the law. This company is fraudulent.

Cancelling should take one click, and if the login link doesn't arrive, support can cancel it for you — you should never have been told otherwise, and that instruction has been corrected. I purchased their product and they signed me up for a subscription without my permission. I called them after I received 3 bottles of the stuff I did not want. They said to cancel my subscription on their web site. The cancellation portion of their web site does not work. Don't use this company. They are crooks.
