BEWARE- SCAM
I purchased the product and the researched the facts they put out on the internet big mistake on my part doing it backwards. So the next day I contacted the company and asked for a refund. Laura responded back to get more details about the problem and I just said I’ve read that the video I watched was false. She sent me the link for the refund process. This was a joke and ridiculous. I knew this was going to be a long journey. About 50 questions and then ac45-60 days to get approved for the refund after you send the product back. Mind you I didn’t have the product and I told them that and not to send it. What did they do sent it out 4 days later. Wow this company is not in for customer satisfaction. They sent me tracking information and it’s been sitting in GA for 2 weeks. The company is a scam I work in retail and we don’t hesitate the take care of the customer (even if they opened the package and didn’t like the product)
