Avoid as a potential client
Avoid as a potential client - they will ruin your relationships with your customers.
Absolute sharks of an organisation. Ignore all reasonable comms. Insist on payment of their fees despite principal disputed debt repaid immediately.
They don't care about you or your customers and are not afraid to share that.

We understand that being contacted about an overdue balance as a debtor can be frustrating, particularly where there is disagreement around the circumstances. However, Glenwood acts on behalf of our clients in relation to unpaid invoices and we have a duty to pursue recovery in line with our client’s instructions and the relevant legislation.
We pride ourselves on being firm but fair, and a key part of our service is recovering payment while protecting the relationship between our client and their customer wherever possible unless instructed otherwise.
Where a matter is disputed, we always encourage the relevant information and supporting documentation to be provided so it can be reviewed properly.
In relation to fees and costs, these are not applied arbitrarily and are pursued only where they are legally recoverable and/or contractually due.
We appreciate you may not agree with the outcome, but we categorically reject the suggestion that we ignore reasonable communication or act unprofessionally.
And on a lighter note — the easiest way to avoid ever needing a debt recovery agency is (unfortunately!) still the old-fashioned method: paying invoices on time.

Absolutely outstanding service from Steven and his team, Steven and Rebecca McDonald have went above and beyond fighting our wee corner.. They take over so I do not even have to contact the party who owes the debt, Rebecca contacts me weekly. One less worry or issue for me to deal with. Our expectance as an accountancy firm has been so outstanding that we have passed on Glynwood's number to several client who are outstanding monies.

A great first experience
This was our first interaction with a debit recovery partner and we wouldn’t hesitate to engage Glenwood if we needed to take this route again. Our aged debtor was increasingly vague with their commitment to pay us direct and Glenwood were able to recover the full amount owed in a very short timeframe. Their service was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

We contacted Glenwood when two of our customers refused to pay. A supplier also took cash up front for a repair and failed to return. All three refused to pay us and ignored us. A quick phone call to Glenwood and all three are nearly paid up.

I was over two months behind with payments, being ignored when contacting the debtor. Within one week Glenwood had fully recovered my outstanding invoices.
