Fantastic communications from start to finish. Window looks great and the installers made sure I was happy with everything once completed. From measuring up, initial quote and order through to final installation the service was quick and everything was completed on time.

The whole process from beginning to end went really smoothly. The initial quote was detailed and clear. Fitters turned up on time on the day agreed and were very pleasant. Fitting was done without mess and I didn't need to redecorate afterwards. We are very pleased with the quality of the doors and windows and would recommend G M windows to others.

Installers worked non stop from start to finish and nothing was too much. Bryony in the office kept us fully up to date with the process. Done a great job replacing our windows and the service had been great from the start.

Lovely service, professional and efficient communication as well as a great clean-up after the installation. Bryony was wonderful at the logistics and aiding me throughout the design process of the door itself. Mick, our lovely fitter, did a fantastic job and the final door had a clean look that made the house feel almost new! Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Surveyor came to inspect very quickly and advised what I could/couldn't have due to the existing type of window I had. Mick (who fitted the window) was very quick, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. He also asked me to phone for another window key as they had only sent one - I probably wouldn't have noticed! My only reservation was that I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks after I paid the deposit. However I can certainly recommend.

The service was very professional from start to finish. The quote was detailed and when I asked for a second option it was no problem. We had to postpone the installation at short notice and this was accommodated straight away with no fuss. The installation was carried out with minimum disruption and they tidied up well afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

We have waited a long time for this door as it has come from Ireland , but we are very happy with the result and the care taken during installation.

Great communication via Bryony throughout - really friendly approach. They had some stained glass custom made for me and I could not be happier with the result! The fitter on the day was really friendly too and kept me informed about what he was doing (the house is old so he had to do some workarounds!). Fantastic service.

This was the second time i have used GM Windows & Doors, and this time they came to install 4 windows upstairs. Lovely, friendly guys were so polite, arrived on time, worked really hard, and tidied up after themselves. The windows look great! It has rained since and i have noticed that the water remains on the OUTSIDE of the house where it BELONGS! ...so, bonus! No more towels on the window ledge for me :)

Just had new windows and doors supplied and installed by GM Windows and Doors. The two fitters were fantastic, knowledgeable people who worked quietly and left no mess. Would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for replacement windows or doors.
