Green Monkey AV Ltd Opiniones

Excellent service. Questions answered quickly, order was dispatched immediately from the warehouse and delivered the following day. Communication great throughout. The blue ‘whiteboard’ is fantastic quality. Couldn’t be better. Many thanks

Really happy with the flip chart attachment. So much better than a portable board and works really well. Magnetic attachment is a great concepy

Good communications, always replied to messages very quickly, and the screen arrived the following day.
This is what an online shopping experience should be like.

Great selection of projector accessories, we ordered a screen which arrived the next day, via Saturday delivery. It all went very smoothly and we're very happy with the service!

Excellent company to do business with.

I ordered an A3 fire-resistant lockable noticeboard on 14th April, lead time of 7 to 10 days - it arrived on 18th and is already installed!
Excellent quality compared to similar products I have purchased before and worth spending a little bit extra on.

Phenomenal customer service. I bought a board from them some time ago. I contacted them yesterday as I have managed to break a side piece off a really old noticeboard (not from them, their boards are extremely well made). I was really struggling to find a replacement part and noticed it measured the same as the side on the board I bought from them. They managed to source the part for me despite it being nothing to do with their board. Absolutely amazing, thank you!

Good product at a good price. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Delivery cost was also very resonable given the length. I would definatly shop here again.

Great delivery time and efficient service. Purchased an inflatable pop-up screen - looks excellent. Unfortunately the blower / inflation pump only came with a euro socket so need to buy an adaptor to use this! Not ideal and would have been good to know this up front. Apart from that - great service and range!

Excellent experience with Carl and the company. Have brilliant advice, I had to organise a return and order another item and it was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend. A*

Most horrible service. Ordered next day delivery and ended up with completely wrong prou

Delivered on time and Carl from after sales service team was very helpful.

Speedy delivery and reasonably priced ....everything was handled exactly by Green Monkey as it should be....thanks

Ordered the wrong size screen but GMAV were very helpful in facilitating the return and refund. I ordered the correct size and it looks and works brilliantly. Highly recommend these guys for your AV needs.

Carl was very helpful and delivered clear advice and the product he suggested was exactly what I needed. Answered the phone quickly, responded to emails promptly and the delivery was quicker than the website notification. Very happy indeed!

Great customer service with helpful staff that took time to understand what we needed

Fabulous company to work with, from the sales team to the installation specialists; everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, and excellent service all round ! The equipment is brilliant and will be amazing for our service delivery :) Would definitely recommend 100%
