My mom had a mobility scooter that needed selling urgently as she no longer required it. The staff at GMS provided brilliant service right from the start. They made everything so easy for us and they collected the scooter and transferred the funds on the same day. I would highly recommend this company

I filled out the paperwork and sent it to GMS Mobility. They responded quickly and made an offer to which I accepted. They referred me to their courier and I confirmed the day for collection. They gave me a 3 hour window on the arranged date and collected the scooter. I was told it would take 48 hours to get to GMS which it did and at the end of business that day, I had been paid by bacs. Excellent service and communication throughout.

I would highly recommend GMS Mobility after our excellent experience with them.
From buying the wheelchair to delivery Joel was extremely helpful and friendly throughout.
We would not hesitate to buy mobility equipment from them again in the future

Dealing with GMS has been a demonstration of what outstanding customer service can be but so rarely is. Various conversations with other firms led me to believe that selling my mobility scooter would be difficult and that I would receive very little for it. Georgina made handling the whole process simple and hassle free. I was given a very fair offer which I accepted. Collection was then arranged on a date to suit me. Communications throughout were superb. Collection was efficient and on time. Payment made direct to my account very soon after delivery to GMS. The whole experience was easy. GMS should be proud of their outstanding customer service. I would heartily recommend GMS to others.

What a thoroughly open/honest and trustworthy business. I recently needed to part exchange my Pride scooter fo a lighter one. Initial contact was made and prompt reply received from Georgina. From that moment the whole transaction was carried out so professionally. Part exchange allowance very fair,scooter selected was an ex demo in absolute mint
condition. After a few days I had a problem.Luckily I only live 15 miles away so after telephone contact immediate appointment agreed for later the same day. (New scooter folds and fits the car)
Problem solved within the hour and I was on my way home. Based upon my experiencse I cannot recommend this company more highly. Special thanks to Georgina,Jeremy and Joel for a professional transaction. If you are in the market for a used or ex demo scooter please try GMS...you wont be disappointed

Great company to deal with, good valuation of scooters and tracked collection on allocated day and took out all the hassle of trying to sell them privately.Georgina was fantastic in sorting everthing out via e-mail and telephone conversations and bank transfer completed within two days of collection.Thank you.

When I needed to replace my mobility scooter I contacted 3 companies. Georgina, from GMS Mobility, responded immediately to my email, we agreed a price, the scooter was collected and the money transferred to my bank account before either of the other companies had responded. Finally a mobility company that cares about customer service they are so very helpful delivery quick sometimes next day and they even did the registration documents for me which was a great surprise.
I now have two scooters both from GMS and both in extremely good condition.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. They did everything they possibly could to resolve my enquiry and problem. Their phone manner and communication texts were second to none. In particular Jeremy and Joel, who I dealt with, were understanding, kind and efficient, solving my enquiry perfectly. They exchanged my power chair for two mobility scooters for myself and my wife and arranged delivery and collection of chair within two days. Everything went smoothly and it was all down to GMS and its team. I can highly recommend this company and also the companies that they use for deliveries and collection. Well done GMS. Definitely 5*
