Grant was a professional and polite chap we are very pleased with our repair.

Rhys kept us updated on his arrival to do our wheel repair.
On arrival we told him we'd put a claim in for another wheel repair which had not at the time been authorised.
He asked for a few details and called his company who promptly authorised the extra repair.
So two wheels repaired to an excellent standard.
Couldn't fault his work and also a very nice chap to go with it.

Mick came this morning to do some repairs on my wife's audi A6. Thanks to the Cambridge County Clowcil her wheels were Trashed.
Mick done an excellent repair as before he'd been to us and I'm No Doubt that he will visit us in the future because I cannot see any major improvements on our roads in Cambridge.
I was a bit concerned of an item in his cab but I hope on his days off in the autumn he enjoys his day trip's to Lincoln Millwall and Blackburn amongst others.!!!

After the wet and windy weather prevented the repair being done in June, Mickey the technician rearranged the appointment. He was able to do the repair on the dent and resprayed the door. He did a superb job and I’m very pleased with the result. Mickey is very polite and friendly. He is a credit to the company.

This morning Leigh Foyel came around do a scuffs work on my X3. He arrived promptly as discussed yesterday and went through the process and provided me with all the details of the work he was about to do. He was very professional, thorough and clear in explaining and did a excellent job. I am very happy and impressed with the service provided by Leigh.

Mike Shelly came to repair scratches on my car,he is a very interesting guy. His knowledge on paint work was excellent, he did a great job.

from the minute I met the technician, Mick Shelly from I knew we were in good hands.
A true professional warm and engaging guy had a cup of tea and a chat let him get on with his work. Caught me from my office when he was complete I inspected the work absolutely faultless I cannot recommend this firm enough if you have damage to your vehicle these are the guys to fix it. Mick came to do a repair today after ringing yesterday to give an estimate of when he expected to arrive. He rang again this morning to say he was on his way. I can’t believe that the two wheels he repaired aren’t actually new!! What an amazing job he’s done and so friendly and helpful.

Leigh was on time, professional and incredibly knowledgeable - a true artist matching existing paintwork perfectly. Would definitely use again.

An extremely poor service from this company. The original job was completed by Leigh. Looked great initially but it developed a few small bubbles so we made contact with him. He agreed to return and explained it would probably be a job he could do at the end of the day after his other jobs. Our initial contact was 9th March and to date he has still not attended, nor has he made contact with us.

He failed to attend on two occasions and made it difficult by not giving us confirmation and being unable to give a time. On another occasion, again, as he was unable to confirm a time, or if he was even going to attend, we had to advise him to leave it as a family issue had arose. However, as on previous occasions, I have no doubt whatsoever that he wouldn’t have attended anyway. We then messaged Leigh with our availability for the future as we thought this would make it easier for him. Still nothing!

Throughout this time we have made numerous calls, left several voicemail messages and sent many many WhatsApp messages. In the main he has just not responded, but we have also been given excuse after excuse by Leigh. We have remained patient and polite throughout, despite the fact that we have so obviously been lied to.

We will not be contacting again as we no longer have the car, but I would not recommend this company to anyone given the appalling treatment we have received.

Customer service should be at the heart of every company, but in this case, it clearly isn’t.

Michael came to do 2 wheels for me today, he was excellent and did an oustanding, careful job despite the 30+ degree heat and blazing sun. He phoned the night before to confirm arrival al time, arrived early and was very clear about the process. How I wish all tradesmen were this good and all round nice
