Great company, initially booked an insurance policy then my circumstances changed, they cancelled and gave me a full refund then gave me a great different policy that was exactly what I needed, easy to tailor your policy to suit your travels, and great pricing.

Excellent customer experience
I had some questions about the policy I was thinking of purchasing and got through to Mark who couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I could then go on to buy online with confidence that the policy was right for me and my circumstances and that it offers comprehensive coverage, that is better than competitor products I also saw.

I accidentally took out the wrong…
I accidentally took out the wrong travel pack and the team at Gowalkabout noticed this as they knew what I required from a previous phone call. They contacted me and this was corrected. Good value for money and helpful staff

The man in the office was extremely helpful and could organise what cover I required, the website wasn’t as easy which is why ie ailed and call the office, but good cover and he was very friendly and informative
