I had a disappointing experience with GoatBet. I submitted a redemption request for approximately 122 SC, only to have 46.50 SC voided after the fact. When I contacted support, I was told that an automated system determined I had violated bonus terms because I “hadn’t played the bonus,” and that there was nothing they could do.

What concerns me is the lack of transparency. I was not provided with a detailed explanation of how the determination was made, what specific requirement was allegedly not met, or any meaningful review process. The decision appeared to be final simply because the system flagged it.

While I did receive part of my redemption, having funds removed from my balance after submitting a withdrawal request left me frustrated and questioning the fairness of the process. I would encourage other players to carefully review all bonus and redemption requirements before depositing.

Bought the welcome pack and an additional pack. Played through it all, made a redemption. Redemption was rejected, no reason given, and they returned my balance to my account. EXCEPT, they chose to take about 40 from my balance, which put me under redemption limit. No reason was given for this either. None of this was communicated to me proactively, I needed to find out what happened on my own. Beware here, they will take your money and not give you a reason for it if they don’t like how you won.

When I first signed up I saw a link the post said it said instant redemptions.... Turns out they are not instant, but the site was still cool. Lots of games and I won super quick. I went to redeem and checked an hour later, still pending. I messaged support and it said 24 hours for push to card. Cool no biggie, I'll wait my 24 hours. Redeemed at 330 am, checked again at 830am the following day still no redemption. I messaged support where I was told now it could take up to 3 business days. Well damn..... Push to card is instant as far as I know, but it's their processing times that take that long. Smh I'll change my rating after receiving my redemption, hopefully it comes soon.
