On my first order I was skeptical about what the quality would be. But, man was I amazed. I've now ordered from goatfind 3 times. Last order I even got my kids friends some boots. The quality is top notch and the shoes last. But with confidence.

Except for the size of the shoes everything is good because it is a crazy brand at all cheap rate price. Great service by Cyan, he got the shoes replaced in my size for free, I had to pay minimum shipping of $25, but I get to keep the originals too. 2 for 1. Genuinely, glad I found this place.

Fantastic service. Customer service went above and beyond to ensure that we good exactly the right size. My grandson was thrilled with his Messi outfit, just in time for their Birthday.

They are a drop ship company using Shopify!
I mean why use a middle man who is up-charging by nauseating percentages!
I tried to cancel an order within a few (I ordered it after midnight) tried canceling around 10am and got a response from them MANY HOURS LATER saying I couldn’t cancel because it had been shipped already. How convenient they waited a whole work day to respond.
Several days have passed and per the tracking number provided… tracking status is not available. Oh and here’s the best part, I never actually ordered it! It’s still in my cart! But I was charged for it.
Per my account profile… no orders placed. Run don’t walk away! BBB ( which I obviously checked too late)
Has this red letter warning about this company!

GUESS WHAT?!? WE LIVE IN KENTUCKY.. SO, I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THAT HAPPENED. WELL, WE TRIED TO REQUEST A REFUND AND THAT PERSON SAID WE WILL SHIP YOU ANOTHER PAIR. GUESS WHAT?!? WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE OTHER PAIR OF CLEATS. WHEN YOU TRACK THEM IT SAYS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED TO PAINTSVILLE KY. IF THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO KENTUCKY, IT WASN'T MY ACTUAL PHYISCAL ADDRESS WE PROVIDED THEM TWICE. MY DAUGHTERS SEASON WILL BE OVER BY THE TIME WE RECEIVE THESE CLEATS. I HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY ARE HOPING WE JUST STOP FOOLING WITH IT AND THEY GET TO KEEP THE $ 130.00 THEY OWE US. WE ORDERED THEM WITH PAY PAL SO WE ARE GOING TO REQUEST OUR MONEY BACK. Why i choose to take my time to post a review, because they went above and beyond to assist me while purchasing 5 pairs of soccer cleats from them. Not only i got personalized deal, i got free gift, and one to one communication from their team. I cannot stress enough that we always take time to leave a bad review, but we should do the vice versa too. I love Goatfind. Recommend you all to try it too.

I do not get the some of the reviews here, we had a good experience with them, got my jacket ordered from there, received in 14 days, given i paid 0 for shipping, i a quite happy with that. The Jacket was absolutely top quality and paid a reasonable price for it. I guess to each to their own

Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We ordered soccer cleats, not realizing they were fake products until later. These took FOREVER to ship. I kept asking what was taking so long and got the runaround again and again, until they wouldn't answer my messages anymore. At this point, we still haven't received the shoes we ordered--and it has been 16 days.

Normally I don't write reviews, but I am taking time to write this coz the kind of help I received from one of their employee. I needed to buy soccer shoes for my son's team. What happened is, I came across their value cleats, but yet I needed more discount, I contacted them, and Cyan, helped me through the whole process and have me a huge discount. I saved a ton of money and my son and his team is happy getting these cleats. Hence I am obliged to write them a good review.

Very unhappy with this company. The are deceiving. We paid $100 plus for a coat 3xl which arrived to tight on a 2x man. When we reached out to exchange for a larger size we had to wait for the return address. Finally were sent the return/ exchange instructions which is to a address in China which would cost $112 for the international shipping! Yes there web site says the dont pay for returns but the web site also uses a United States address! I will stick to Amazon ordering.
