Deposited lost got cash back lost so I used a bonus won and tried to cash out that’s when I was denied and customer service says I used 5 bonuses back to back which I did not do and customer service won’t reply to emails my deposit history is blank even though I have email from deposit accepted and verified cash out email but won’t give me my winnings

they ripped me off for $300 something bucks. I was up like $300 bucks when I cleared the playthrough balance n then all of a sudden my total jumped down to $49 dollars out of no where. they did that so they didn't have to pay me out at all.

WARNING: This company can improve by ceasing all unlawful and dishonest withholding of Daily and Weekly Cashback, retroactively reclassifying tiers to cover the unlawful withholding and avoid honoring Cashback percentages and other perks owed to and earned by depositors with real $ deposits.

They settled my claim for pennies on the dollar after they withheld Daily Cashback, they closed my account after I demanded an audit of Weekly Cashback which they shorted ( and did not deny doing so) by 5-10% per cashback transaction over a 9 month period. The closure of my account was in retaliation for my complaint about their wrongful acts —which they also put in writing while mischaracterizing my complaint and failing to answer any issue.

They also closed my account on a sister site prior to crediting my weekly Cashback.

Scam soon as i was about to hit the limit on the payout for the no deposit bonus the site put the game i was playing "UNDER MAINTENANCE" NEVER HAS ANY REAL SITE IVE PLAYED WITH DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS SO I WAITED A BIT AND EVERY SLOT PLAYED SINCE DID NOTHING BUT LOSE DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE

So as I type this, I am currently waiting for an email from GS, advising as to whether or not they will approve my Withdrawal request. Reading the few reviews here relating to withdrawals, I'm not liking my chances.
Mind you, I was denied after my request due to GS needing verification. The usual Government Issued Photo Documentation, a non-screenshot letter verifying that I live where I say I live, as well as the fabulous selfie of me holding said Govt Issued Documentation. I emailed all the verification requirements to them within minutes of me recieving their email. So now I wait. Hoping it's worth the wait though, because I'd really like to come back to my review and give GS
5-stars with a glowing review to go with the 5bstars. Anyway fingers crossed 🤞🏽🤞🏽

They’re extremely tight! I think I’ve only one on this site and maybe twice three times max. Their customer service is extremely rude. They offer daily coupons but when you redeem them daily without a “DEPOSIT”, and you make it through the ridiculous play through they provide and you file for withdrawal they deny your withdrawal by either lying and saying you’ve played a game that goes against the terms and conditions of the coupon or they lying say you’ve redeemed too many coupons in between that coupon and your last deposit or they come up with some new bullshit about you have to make a deposit before you can claim another coupon if your previous transaction was a withdraw, whether it was a cash deposit or a coupon withdraw it doesn’t matter if you make a withdrawal, you have to deposit before you can claim another coupon and they will refuse to pay your coupon winnings and avoid your transaction and will not respond when you question about it. Did I mention their customer service is extremely rude and nasty and a headache to even have to consult. And you never have any comps or free spins or any goodies available let them tell it. As well as the fact that they let you redeem coupon after coupon after coupon and then deny your winnings that is definitely bait and switch because the system shouldn’t allow you to do that if that’s against the rules, but you guys allow people to go against the rules it’s just so you deny their withdrawal, smart tactic, horrible ethic, but they don’t care at all.
