I never received my package. Order number 28844

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered in June and still have not received anything. Tried to contact them thru email, the store and the tracking information and all says link is no longer working. Filed a dispute with my bank but still ongoing. Total SCAM! Do not order anything from this fake company!

I ordered a small refrigerator from this company and they sent me a 8" USB cable. They won't respond to any emails. Total ripoff company! Do not deal with them, you will regret it

As per the other reviews, the company is a SCAM. Never received item paid for, fake tracking system, no response from customer svc. Total SCAM. It appears to be originating from China. Links to the web site no longer active.

I also got scammed. Never received the product.

I ordered an item over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. I have tried to track the item with the tracking number they provided, and there is nothing there! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have emailed them several times and have not received a response!!!!!!!!

Bought 2 pools with sprinkler and spent over $100 and never received anything. Scam

I ordered something in June 2025 and never received it. Disputed with my credit card company reversed the charge. Emailed this company to tell them never received merchandise. Gave some bogus tracking number. Axuro reached out stated for me to contact my card company and have them revise the payment back to them and said no. they show the tracking number and said the merchandise was delivered. I told them I never received anything from them. This company is s SCAM. I’m still going to dispute it. They sent my credit card a tracking number stated it was delivered and my card company released the money back to Axuro. This is insane , this company should be shut down. I’m not giving up on trying to get my money back. SCAM!! I was scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU’LL NEVER GET IT AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. SCAM ALERT

DO NOT BOTHER TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Scam! Purchased on 6/12 and still no delivery. Phone number is no longer valid and yu get no response from their customer service email.

I ordered a Splashy Pool from Axuro aka Goaxuro in June. It’s now the end of August - no pool, no responses to my inquiries and when I googled Axuro it said it was scam. They sure have a pretty website. DO NOT order anything from them.

Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered 7/7 said delivered 8/15! Nothing has been delivered to me! Apparently following a fake tracking system that gets updated every few days msn this is just complete BS going to get my money back these scammers will get theres!

Horrible, fake tracking. Finally disputed charge with my bank and the company miraculously contacts me with shipping details showing it was delivered. Did I ever actually receive, NOPE!! Still disputing charge and they have the gall to ask me to kindly reverse the dispute. What a joke!!!

If I could do a O star I would.I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from this company! I placed an order on June 1st and it's been months with no sign of my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I've been met with complete radio silence. No responses, no updates, no nothing.

It's clear that they're not a legitimate business, and I'm starting to think they're just taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. I've lost trust and patience with this company, and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on them.

Save yourself the frustration and disappointment - don't buy from this company. They're not worth it.

Update: If you're considering buying from them, think twice. They don't care about their customers, and you might end up like me - out of pocket and out of luck.

Same as everyone. Ordered the sunny splash pool in june, got the fake tracking, said was delivered after about a month and got nothing. Just a usb cord that I thought was unrelated but now see that others got the same. Threw that away. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM.

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They will take your money, give you a fake tracking number for your item. You will NOT receive your item, even though they'll email saying it's been delivered. When you email them, repeatably I may add, it's crickets, they will not reply. I've asked for a refund multiple times and I also asked for the picture of when the item was delivered and have heard nothing. Ordered the product on June 17th, rec'd fake email that it was delivered July 28th.
DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Ordered. 34 days later, order was marked as delivered but wasn’t actually delivered. I’m so upset i fell for this.

UPDATE: I called my bank to dispute and after answering a few questions I’ll be getting my money back.

This “store” has to be a scam. Their site has the positive reviews from Trustpilot. I checked to see where my pool was and it showed that it was delivered on 7.18.25. It never came to my house. The phone number to call them is always BUSY! I’m calling my bank to hopefully stop payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Ordered a pool in June. Tracked it for 35 days, even got a tracking number 17 track site, tracked it till it said 35 days later it was delivered. Never got it called the post office gave the the tracker they say it was not a valid tracking number. I emailed 3 times with no response, so I assume the support email is fake like the 188 phone number listed on the fake website. Lost 79.00 dollars. You people are the reason companies close cause people are worried about getting scammed. And bad thing is you are listed on AMAZON so now have to be careful of who is on Amazon. Use to could trust AMAZON they made sure companies were real legit guess not. I would not even give a 1 start if I should leave this with out it. It will come back to the scammers one day doing people wrong.

This company is a scam as all other have said. I’m ashamed I fell for the photos and fake reviews! I ordered a splash pool and received a USB chord. Do not buy from them! I fortunately did a chargeback and got my money back from visa.

Pathetic scammer. Fake customer service. Fake tracking number and fake delivered confirmation.
