Great board, awesome customer service, 5/5 stars

BoardUp Longboard V3.2 is a big improvement over the previous version. All the improvements make this longboard easier to use and better to ride. The BoardUp Longboards has always been a great design, and attention to details. It is nice to see that BoardUp continues to improve and add to the design.

We have version 1 & 2 of this Board and both have been great. Good service and prompt response from company.

A really amazing service. They always put the customer first. Having ordered twice, I've been blown away each time by their efforts. The product speaks for itself.

Purchased two of these boards, both cables on the boards broke the first time I pushed the button. I’m not sure if received faulty units but that is unacceptable!

On one unit the middle folding mechanism also snapped off some metal.

A long board that folds up? Genius. Lightweight, fast, durable. A+

Amazing customer service, but the decks need improvement. I'm on my third one due to cracking. Luckily Bin is amazing and shipped the 2nd and 3rd for a significant discount. Will be trying out the 3rd iteration once the weather warms up and will report back.

Ordered the 3.1 and got it after just 4 days with international shipping to germany (after I supplied my phone number which DHL needed for delivery)

I ordered the BoardUp 3.1 after wanting a way to speed up my commute.
It came pretty fast, 5 days from my ordering it in the UK.
It's a very professional product and I absolutely love it, money well spent. I can't fault it, and have been recommending it to everyone that will listen!

I was somewhat skeptical of the product, thinking that the folding longboard would be convenient to have, but wouldn't be as high quality as other standard longboards.

I'm so pleased to find that this is not the case. BoardUp did not sacrifice the ride quality at all when adding the hinge. It rides SO smoothly, it makes my friends jealous.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a longboard. This is my new ride of choice.

This long board is great for me as my school has really tiny lockers they can barley fit my Penny skateboard, 22 inch. The folding skateboard fits more comfortable and fits perfectly in my school bag. I believe an electric version is possible maybe something similar to the Mellow Board, it is more difficult due to the limited space and increase in mass (Don't want it to be super heavy, above 20 kg).

I bought the Only Deck Version (V 3.1), had this for over 3.5 months now.

The folding mechanism eventually broke, specifically the steel wire.
I decided to fix the board on my own with 316 Stainless Steel Wire (Nylon Coated, 1.5 mm) and Wire Rope Grip (2mm). The board can still be improved with reliability of the mechanism and I notice a crack parallel to the board starting from the part where the board separate.
I have two suggestions on improving the board:
Maybe try to eliminate the steel wire entirely from the folding mechanism or have a different design overall.
Try further increasing the durability of the wooden deck or try different materials instead of wood. (Maybe even a composite board made with multiple materials)

The board arrived on time. The moment I opened it, the board was in great condition and excellent quality. I have 6 other longboards, and I would say that the BoardUp is probably even better. The locking mechanism came in loose the first time so the board wouldn’t fold, but after reaching out to Bin, he quickly sent me a video about how to adjust the mechanism. It was super easy to do. I bring it to work Everyday and my colleagues love it as well. Very happy with this board and will recommend it to anyone! I’ll be taking this boars to my San Francisco trip next week.

Um its good. The only complaint that I have is that I'm not skilled enough to ride it to its full potential. But really it's convenient and it rides real smooth. Over all 10/10.

I loved the board. Great way to get around. Turns well, smooth ride, and super compact.

This board is a sheer joy to ride. It glides over asphalt so smoothly that it is a better ride than my other two regular boards. The fact the board folds up is a wonderful bonus. Some day, all longboards will be built like this.
