I had a couch delivered today. Since it was drizzling, the two friendly and helpful delivery people (Amin and Bob) placed the boxes inside my garage instead of leaving them on the step for me to struggle with. They were professional, helpful, and very kind.

Everything was in Time

The app that tracks the truck as it is on it's way to your house is awesome and very accurate. I work from home so it was helpful to let people know in a meeting that I was expecting a delivery.

I knew the day of my order when I will received it

Didn't arrive on time and the tracking stopped working (marked as delivered) before it really arrived. It also arrived after the original time frame (it arrived 1:25pm)

I originally thought that the package would only be placed in the mailbox area, but today I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was delivered directly to my door. Thank you for such attentive and fast service.

Avec 2 jours de retard sur la date annoncée par courriel, voilà 4 fois que leur livreur passe près de chez-moi, d'est en ouest, à 2-3 rues de chez-moi, et sans passer par chez-moi. Impossible d'avoir de l'info par courriel ou téléphone... pourri!
