Dangerous GoBolt Drivers

One of your clown drivers was speeding in Massey Tunnel in Richmond, BC and made an illegal lane change right in the middle of the tunnel.

The tunnel has clear signs that say "NO LANE CHANGES" when entering the tunnel.

You know who this driver is because all your hi-tech vehicles have GPS tracking on them. You can figure out which driver this was, by finding out who drove inside the tunnel at exactly 4:16pm on Saturday February 8th.

Their service is horrible

Their service is horrible. It said 3-5 days for my shipment and it has taken two weeks. They change their delivery date daily and tell me “we understand the inconvenience and will deliver as soon as possible” and then they push jt another day and then another day. There’s no phone number to call and no warehouse to go and pick up from.
This is the worst logistics service I’ve ever experienced and as someone who uses logistics services for work consistently, I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone in my industry.

Still haven't received my shipment even…

Still haven't received my shipment even though they keep saying arriving tomorrow and then the next day it will say arriving tomorrow. This has been going on for over a week. This is not the first time this has happened with this company. I have reported to the company where I purchased from and they has said they have until Friday to deliver 'on time', so my delivery date now says Friday. I'm mad not because of the length of delivery time but because they have not stuck to an actual delivery date. My parcel has been at the local carrier center for over a week.

How do I even begin with this sketchy…

How do I even begin with this sketchy service. First day the deliver man called me to buzz him in but he was never at my building. And then my packaged got rescheduled with failed delivery attempt as if it was my fault. The next 5 days it was reschedule every single day. In the morning it would say out for delivery and in the evening it would reschedule to the next day. My friend's package got stolen by their own deliver men with camera proof, the guy walked in with the package took a photo and walked out with the same package. Don't even let me start with their chat, even when it says "connected you to a live agent" it is still a bot, don't let it fool you. No email no phone number nothing provided. Company is founded by two tech guys thinking Ai and bots can do everything. What a joke. I have never hoped for any company go out of business like this one. For brands like Lululemon using this cheap sketchy service like them it is just pure greed to me, they don't care about your experience why are you giving them money. Boycott them. Be vocal.

They lost my package

They lost my package.
My order out on delivery on Jan 8, then reschedule delivery again on Jan 9 not sure what is the reason. Then end up now is Jan 18 and I still didn't receive my package. I contacted them finally and got connected to talk a human instead of Chatbot . They told me they couldn't find my package in their warehouse and ask me to contact the merchant for replacement or file lost item. I was so upset when I hear this . They reply will speak to delivery driver but end up ghost me never got a reply from them ever again.

worst delivery company :(

this is one of the worst delivery companies i’ve ever had to use. it took them like 2 weeks to actually deliver my package. on one of the days it was supposedly “out for delivery” i watched the driver go back and forth past my house via the live tracking link. then it took them two day for it to go back out for delivery, then when it was out for delivery three days later i watched the driver sit in the same spot for hours via the live tracking link. i knew it wasn’t going to be delivered that day so i got in contact with them. they didn’t care. they tried to blame it on delivery delays because of the postal strike and the holidays, but if you’re so delayed then why is your driver sitting in the same spot 8 hours out of your 12 hour delivery window. also the driver going back and forth past my house and not delivering my package is also not because of delivery delays. they tried to ignore this and assured me it was out for delivery and that they would pass this on. then they said the would transfer me and after waiting an hour for the new person to reply i got a bot response. and of course my package was still not delivered that day. this experience and the customer service was so bad that im never going to order from the merchant again just so i don’t have to deal with this company.

Do not trust this company

This is possibly the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. I have been given four different delivery dates and have stayed home to receive. Every single day they don’t show up and they change the delivery date to the next day. Before even 10 AM this morning, the day I expected a delivery again, they have changed the date again to tomorrow specifically, after I told them I would not be home. They also will not give you a phone number to talk to anybody. They send you emails with no explanations and empty apologies. It’s been 12 days since I placed my order and never have. I had an order take this long from Lululemon in my life. I will definitely be letting lululemon know to never deal with this company again. I certainly won’t shop at any company that uses them. Any company that won’t post a phone number on their website and won’t share it with you, that’s a giant red flag. There’s no explanation every single day as to why they haven’t delivered, and on the tracking it just says wasn’t able to be delivered. Do not trust this company do not use this company. They deserve no stars.

No delivery….no communication…no avenues to resolve

Was waiting for an order to be delivered from Lululemon. I live in a gated community and they tried to deliver at 5am in the morning, of course the gates were shut. I then got a notification from them saying my order was cancelled. I could not follow up with them via chat as there was no response. I got another notification 3 days later saying “order cancelled” no attempt to communicate with me in any way. No second attempt to deliver, or options. Astoundingly poor. Have loads of stuff delivered before and this has never happened before. Will try again and hope it’s not this company delivering.

My package has been rescheduled twice…

My package has been rescheduled twice already with no reason. It is received in a "local" facility, leaves the warehouse, is then received in my city. Then they change the date to the next day and the tracking says local, warehouse, city all over again. I don't understand!

Constant delays

Constant delays - constantly changing the delivery date and time on a whim and never providing a solution. Getting support also feels impossible. They have no pick up options so you’re constantly just waiting for the delivery to arrive - before they delay it again.

Worst delivery company

Worst delivery company. Was supposed to deliver my package on December 19th and all of a sudden it shows customer refused delivery attempt even though the driver never attempted delivery. Customer service told me it would be delivered next day and now it's showing Saturday delivery and our business is closed on Saturday. Customer service is useless and they won't provide a phone number... I wonder why.

Good!

While delivery wasn’t totally smooth, considering there’s a postal strike and it’s Xmas, it’s remarkable they did as well as they did. The driver was very nice and waited patiently for me to get downstairs to receive the package (they are under so much pressure at this time). I only took the one star off because of a glitch in communication on day item was expected. But received the package asap next business day, so really very good.
