Really lousy experience with GoBolt in…

Really lousy experience with GoBolt in Calgary. Waited all day as I watched the little blue truck moving around the map tracing where he went and how closer - then further away from my home he got. First del attempt they couldn't find my address even though I had confirmed it was correct. Sent details as to how to find the house, even including a google map clearly showing where I was located. Very hard to communicate with them. They had my telephone number all along, and though I asked repeatedly to have someone call me. No call. Communication is by a bot, or if your lucky a real person (maybe) during normal business hours. Yet, they claim they deliver up to 9pm at night so they should of had a real person available to assist - not the all dependable bot! Second day they attempted so the tracking program showed. In less than 30 mins once it was out for delivery a msg indicated no one was home and it was not able to be delivered. It did not require a signature so if they could of possibly driven to my home in that short amount of time, then there are miracles. Later in the day, the tracking information changed to a loading issue. Third attempt, again I had sent them more msg along with more directions, more pictures from google maps clearly showing my address. Watched the little blue truck drive around again. Huray, they claimed they had delivered my package providing a picture proof of deliver with a house address of 1210a by the door. I live at a 194. So failure. They responded to my email by the next day saying they consider the package lost or stolen and that I would have to submit a claim with the company I had ordered from. No attempt made to recover the product. They know where their drivers go, the driver took a picture. Hold the driver responsible. I will never recommend this carrier and will let as many people possible know that they suck. Don't waist your time watching their little blue truck moving along the map. The truck won't make it to your house. No effort to resolve the problem. Just contact your vendor. No appology for the misdelivererd package. To be clear, it was delivered. To someone other than myself. Tons of couriers find my house and it's never an issue.

Total shit The guy blew up my phone till I answered his text and said I have your delivery from yesterday It says delivered from yesterday but I didn't deliver it I'll give it to you later still hasn't done anything and there's no way to contact them

Said my package was delivered but it…

Said my package was delivered but it wasn’t. The driver gave me a call that day and I told him my office was closed. He said he can deliver the package later but the package never showed up and he changed the status to lie about the delivery. Contacted GoBolt and they showed me a picture to prove the package was delivered. I told them that was a picture of a house and my address was located at a dental office. The online service rep told me to look carefully around the neighborhood because they somehow confirmed that the picture was right. I had to send them a picture of the front of my office to prove that I know what my building looked like. In the end, I didn’t really receive any help. They allow their staff to steal things and won’t do anything about it. I’ve seen several reviews from other people with the same experience.

Product mysteriously got delayed by a…

Product mysteriously got delayed by a week. Then when it reappeared with a new expected delivery date. On that date, they stated it Failed to deliver. I Confirmed the delivery time, and used video footage to show show no one attempted delivery in my condo building. Gobolt changed the story a couple times then Said they attempted delivery a second time, but again no footage and couldn’t give any details of the second delivery. Then they just returned the product to the lululemon. The online assistance was did not help in any way other than saying sorry, and kept changing the story.

Fast, efficient delivery. Kept me up to date. Could even track the driver on the day of delivery! Courteous driver. No complaints!

Ordered from Lululemon

Ordered from Lululemon, my order sat in Calgary for a week with no progress and when I messaged to inquire what happened they told me they didn’t know and couldn’t locate it. The only support they offered was telling me to take it up with lululemon and ask for a new order. Not impressed with the misplaced order and customer service experience.

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would. The company I ordered from used GoBolt three time for delivery. Each time the experience got progressively worse. I ended up contacting the vendor and informed them if they continued to us GoBolt they would lose me as a customer(they told me there are alternatives). All three times the tracking has never been accurate. Notification that the package has be delivered arrives hours after the fact. The worst was this last delivery. The package was initially tracking normally then it abruptly stopped, when I refreshed the page the tracking sent me to the map of Russia. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of November. I got it the next day. There was no notification that there was a delay(other services promptly notify you that the delivery has been rescheduled). There was no way to contact an actual person to find out the status, just bots. On the 28th of November while I got a out for delivery notification, the package never tracked. I never got notification of the actual delivery. I really don't recommend using this service.

Highly not recommend if you value your customers receiving not at the expense of your brand

My package has said 6 days in a row now that it is out for delivery with no attempt to deliver. I am understanding of weather, etc that can occur with deliveries however when contacting the company to maybe get more info as to why or perhaps if this package is lost the response is "kindly allow more time for this package to be delivered". It's not that I am not being kind nor allowing time I would just like more information as to why this has been updated "out for delivery" currently 5 different days since being in your possession with no attempt of an actual delivery. Or even proof the package is in fact in thier possession as oppose to being lost or stolen. The response does not answer my question nor do they have a phone number apparently to contact. This company has no accountability for the service they are paid to do. If I were to go a delivery company I would highly recommend someone else other than GoBolt. You as the distributor will pay for thier mistakes and lack of ability to respond to your customers.

Dangerous Driver!

On November 10, 2024 outside of Airdrie Alberta at about 9 AM, we turned onto a secondary road and nearing the hilltop when a Go Bolt truck came speeding from behind us and passed on the double solid line. A car was coming the other way and had to pull over to the side of the road to avoid a head on collision with the truck! I'm sure they were shocked and as for myself my Parkinson's like tremors kicked in from the shock making it difficult to drive.

As for the Go Bolt truck he sped off going 100+ km an hour in an 80 zone. If I had almost caused a serious accident I certainly would have slowed down! Either he wanted to get away from us seeing his license plate OR he simply didn't care!!

Since then I've tried to contact them at their head office but the website doesn't have ANY contact information. The only way I was maybe able to make them aware was to apply for a posted job listing and tell them what happened. So far NO RESPONSE! If they finally do respond and address my concerns, I will delete this review. If it's been up here on TrustPilot for a while when you read this, that means they probably DON'T CARE!

package leaves destination city

package arrived in destination city, and then LEFT destination city on the day it was supposed to be delivered. customer support is nonexistent. i understand delivery dates are estimated, but how did it leave the city it was supposed to be delivered in? makes no sense. don’t recommend working with them
