Had some trouble with the app not letting me make a purchase, which was frustrating. the app has its ups and downs, but at least their support team knows how to take care of users.

Good App, But Missing PayPal Is a Big Issue
Good app, but it’s got some issues. I was vibing with it until they took away PayPal as a payment option. Like, seriously? That was my go-to! Now I have to figure out a different way to get coins, which is kinda annoying. Thank to support for helping me to find an alternative method. Overall, it’s okay.

Good Start but Needs Improvements
Decent site, but it’s not perfect. I like the idea and some of the features, but there are a few glitches and the user interface could be more intuitive. It’s a start, but there’s room for growth and enhancement. Hope to see some upgrades in the future!

Too Many Distant Messages, Need Better Local Matches Filters
I've been getting a lot of messages from women who are really far away. It's making it a bit very to correct with someone local. Is there a way to filter or find matches closer to home? You should definitely work on your search as it works poorly.

Easy Navigate but more filters Needed for Quick Matches
Easy to navigate and connect with others, still pricey. I'd love to see a few more filtering options in the future, because I am tired to getting all those matched. It's been a positive experience, but needs improvement.

This site sucks!
They give you 20 credits to start out. Every time you chat with a person it costs 2 to 30 credits. Then when you want more credits it costs 49.99 for 125 more credits. Other dating sites have a membership which is actually cheaper. I do not recommend this site...

Expensive to chat with the lady of your dreams!
The site is fun to use. The ladies are beautiful. I met one lady and I have been taking with her since the beginning of August. She sent me a video and it was her telling that she is real. This erased a lot of doubt for me, and I have thoroughly enjoyed our chats. However I give this review one star because of the Payment system. Buying coins is super expensive. I asked the lady that I am talking to move our conversation to WhatsApp and she refuses to move because she feels safe on this site, and besides WhatsApp is used by many Russians and she does not want to be on an app that could endanger her life. I asked to move to UkrainianSingles because it would be super cheap and affordable for me Again she refused. I have spent plenty money talking with her. I believe that this is a part-time job for her besides being a cosmologist. She is being paid by GoChatty to keep me talking and spending on coins. Otherwise she wound agree with me that this site is expensive and she would move to WhatsApp or UkrainianSingles with no problem. The other thing that tells me she is employed by GoChatty is that she sends me hearts and crowns and other gifts and when I price these gifts they are 90, 150, and more for me to send back. This tells me that GoChatty allows her to send these gifts for nothing. Let’s face it, right now in Ukraine things are not exactly blissful and jobs are not paying much. I would be surprised if she made 300 Ukrainian dollars per month at her normal job. So anything she can make here supplements her normal income. So yes, I believe some of the ladies are for real, however they work online for GoChatty and get paid for chatting with the customers that join the site. So I am done with this site. Way too expensive for me. I am going to UkrainSingles and if she follows me then I know I have a Ukrainian lady that loves me and is serious about us and wants to start a relationship that will last a lifetime. Thanks GoChatty for the opportunity
