Used recently for a house sale and purchase. Very professional, easy to get in contact with for updates and to discuss things with. The other positive I found was that they were never the solicitors in the chain holding things up; which seems a rarity in this line of work!

Dealt with a Family Protection Trust and removing Solicitors from my parent property deeds after finding out the firm had gone into liquidation-Abbie Roberts dealt with our process.
