Excellent tools and reliable tech support

Technical support is excellent. They even connected to my computer via TeamViewer to solve an issue.
Now, the products isn't good at all. They send you a HDD completly full. I can't even install the drivers of the laptop and I have to use an external mouse and keyboard. The 500GB HDD has only 2,3GB free and one of the diagnosis software needs 2GB to run. The laptop is sooo slow with this HDD.
I wouldn't recommend the GODIAG V600-BM pack to anyone.
