I sent them my ecm , and TIPM out of a 05 ram 2500 . Repairs were done quickly and as advertised , after parts arrived I noticed TIPM didn't have contacts where relay 61 responsible for firing fuel pump. Returned the TIPM , they sent me one back , and due to miscommunication somehow internally at goecm the same TIPM was reshipped to me . So by now I've pulled this truck in and out of a busy shop to many times and I'm wearing out my welcome . I send this one back July 2nd ,USPS looses the part , I loose the receipt , putting me in all actuality in a worse position than before I decided to fix this truck . Goecm management mainlly Javy, ( I probably butchered the spelling on his name ) Javy got wind of my plight , he didn't just help , he brought the 9th calvary. Took command , negotiated with his superiors and resolved the situation . I would recommend this company , believe they have Christian values and hire current ,and capable people . Thanks Javy and Jackie for resolving this issue .

Dont waste your time atleast when it comes to international components. Ordered a refurbished IDM module. Module came and shop installed it. Truck did absolutely nothing . Upon further testing it was determined by the shop that the IDM module didnt have any programming installed. Shop called goecm. Manager gave the shop the run around. Shop removed idm module and sent off along with ECM. According to international the ecm needs to be programmed with the IDM . Also they stated there was no program in the IDM. So 3200 dollars later truck is fixed . Contacted goecm. About a partial refund. He stated that it was tuned and it was turn key. But according to everyone else it is impossible to be turn key with out programming with ecm. So pick and choose your battles. You think youre saving with them think again. I think goecm is full of it. When first ordered he said they leave it for 24 hours to make sure tune held. Well apparently it didnt but let's not forget about the fact that it needs programmwed with ecm. It put me days behind and a extra 1000+ in the hole

great company one of our trucks broke down and could not find parts in timely manor called GO ECM they had what we needed gave them injector sequence parts # this was on a monday they programmed a unit and had it to our business 2 days later and this was a international order highly impressed thanks to go ecm and karla we were back on the road in 2 days ever need parts call GO ECM

Great company and fast service

GoECM, provided great communication throughout the diagnostics and reprogramming of my ECM and IDM. My units were received just before Thanksgiving, so I expected some delay, but the units were returned within the following week.

Mailed them my ECM and got a call within a few days. The ECM was fixed and the truck runs great. I’m enjoying it again..

I don't get it. GoECM did the hard part - they shipped me a rebuilt TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) that totally resolved the problems I had with my 2012 Dodge Durango. And they charged me a $100 core charge, which was supposed to be refunded when I returned my TIPM. I did my part - returned it (with all fuses and relays still installed), tracked it, and saw delivery confirmed to GoECM. Then... nothing. They didn't do the easy part! No core charge credited to my credit card, no "the core you returned wasn't rebuildable" message, in fact no communication of any kind, for weeks. So, finally I filed a credit card dispute. And instead of answering it or explaining themselves, they just let it expire without answering, which took about 6 weeks in total. Finally, I have my core charge back about 4 months after I first ordered the TIPM. So disappointing that I could have been writing a glowing review, but instead I'm really unhappy that they tried not to give me my core charge back.
