I don't go anywhere else for my flooring and carpets as they always look after us and provide a great service. This time ordered new carpet for the stairs and landing, and LVT (Brampton Chase) for my son's bedroom. From the home visit / measure up and quoting to the fitting, all went smoothly as usual. Richard from Gofloorit was aware we needed the job done as quickly as possible and slotted us in so we were only waiting about 2 -3 weeks. Fitting was great, clean tidy, and no damage. They even replaced some scuffed / scratched planks to existing LVT (another old Gofloorit job from a good few years ago) for us, for a very reasonable price. All in all another very good experience with this company. I highly recommend.

The carpet had been ordered and kept in store until required. The Carpet fitter arrived on time and has done a very good job fitting the carpet.

I was provided with helpful information about the timing of the fitting. The fitters were friendly and did an excellent job fitting the carpet

Go floor it has been amazing, from first initial contact to wrapping up payment at the end. The process was smooth, Richard was really knowledgeable and helpful and Platinum were very helpful with moving furniture. We had our 4 bed house fitted with carpets in August 2022 and the guys helped move furniture and completed the job within 2 day with no hiccups. It felt stress-free and we are very happy with the finish product, 6+ months on and it's still looking fab. Thank you!

Go Floor It laid my flooring around 5 years ago. We recently had quite a major leak, that did a huge amount of damage to the floor and subfloor.
After talking to Go Floor It they helped me every step of the way to get it repaired and replaced, matching our existing flooring with the repaired flooring, preventing us from having to do the complete floor.

I had an excellent experience with gofloorit. Their advice in the showroom was informed and useful. The Queen's death wrecked plans for the Monday but because we needed completion in a hurry, their fitter worked the Saturday to make up the time. He did an excellent job, butting right up to the edges of the room and enclosing some tricky bits

Richard was very knowledgeable when we went into the store and helped us to decide which carpet would be suitable, he also came out to measure the room. Stuart fitted the carpet which included a large bay window. The room had been recently decorated, yet none of the paintwork was damaged. We were very pleased with both Richard and Stuart and would highly recommend Gofloorit.

We had GoFloorIt around to give us a price for the bathroom & en-suite. They gave us different options based on quality of vinyl & methods of completing the job. Once we accepted the quote, the fitter was arranged. He arrived on time, respectful of the property & fitted the flooring to an exceptional standard - how they get the vinyl to fit around the tight curves of sink pedestal!

From start to finish the experience from Go Floor It was excellent. Richard did the quote and followed up but didn’t apply any pressure and was receptive to us when we said we would be getting other quotes.

Stuart the fitter was brilliant, doing a fantastic job not only removing our old carpet quickly and efficiently, and the laying out new LVT floor by Brampton Chase which looks amazing. Ensuring that he left the areas that he worked in and accessed from clean and always being respectful to our home and belongings.
