My review on FS
First of all wow there prices are amazing and affordable takes there time to help out with stuff they are not required to do
I would recommend to anyone looking for good and affordable hosting.
Improvements:
1) hire more support
2) add a mod manager for garrys mod hosting
3) Add fastdl for garry’s mod servers
Other than that it’s a 10/10 from me

Thanks so much for your feedback! It's awesome to hear that you were happy with our service provided at a pricepoint you were happy with too. Thank you also for providing us with some areas to improve upon, this really helps us out. I'll address each of your points individually and let you know what we're doing to address each, as I think it's really important that we act upon all the feeback we recieve:
1) We believe that it's better to receive a complete resolution in fewer replies rather than having many first level support representatives who will provide a near instant response for more basic questions but will need to forward your query over to someone else to resolve technical questions. However, I do admit that we do need more of these knowledgeable people to improve our response time in some cases, so we'll work on finding the right person to make an addition to the FreshTeam based upon your feedback!
2) This is a much requested feature, so we'll be working to add it to our panel very soon!
3) We've seen successful installations of FastDL before, however this is definitely possible to add to our panel to make it easier to use, so I'll look into that for you personally and hopefully get it added to the panel very soon.

Great prices, great products, great support
This is honestly one of the best server hosts out there. I ordered a dedicated server from them which said up to 3 days delivery but I was up and running within 2 hours thanks to Ollie the CEO via their Discord. The prices are perfect and are cheap while not sacrificing on the quality of their products. Overall, they offer great service backed with the great support they have provided me to get my server set up.
If you are in the market for a new server of any type, do give these guys a shot, you won’t regret it.

100/10 Hosting company. Amazing support. DDoS protection has filtered out all attacks on my server, I won't lose players because a silly kid from the UK wants to kill my community and bigger companies have slower response times and would not help me at all during a critical time like this for my community with attackers as persistent as this. This is now my new favorite hosting company and will recommend this to all my friend looking to make a server!

Joined them one or two days ago and It is one of the best hosting sites I know of. The support is super fast at replying and is super helpful and have fixed my problem within an hour everytime. Highly recommend you use freshstart if you need a hosting service.

You can't go wrong with FreshStart Hosting!
The service is really active and can solve your problem no matter what. Staff here are very nice and explain everything that needs to be explained. I personally have a FiveM server and a Teamspeak server off them so they have 99.9% up time with really good prices and decent spec servers. You really can't go wrong with FreshStart Hosting!
