I was very pleased to find a refurbished docking station for an old model Dell laptop at a reasonable price. It arrived soon, well packed and as it should be, and I have it set up and working, with the exception of the "power" led - which is apparently a common issue with these. It works excellently and I'm very happy with it.

After a quick phone call to check on parts queries - (which they don't stock parts only), I then ordered a few refurbished units after hours and the order was processed the next morning, collected by the courier that morning and delivered in the afternoon. (Somerset West to Southern Suburbs) Great response time from both Go Gadgets and the Courier Guy all round.

Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service from this team! 🙏 My laptop was in for service just in its warranty time frame , The speed as they did value the nature of my job , I could not be without one, but the charger was out of warranty and I wasn't expecting much, but they went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also upgraded me - talk about exceeding expectations!

Big shoutout to Manager Euli, who was a delight to deal with and waived the courier fee. And Messilja, the technician/assistant may you never change, was calm, professional, and made me feel heard. Top-notch service all around!
