Wrong size item but good tesponse

Repeat order problem …
Made a repeat order using the same payment method and delivery address but when the order got to my local hub it was returned back to sellers local hub. I asked the seller to investigate but instead they blamed me for providing an 'incorrectly formatted address' ignoring the fact that the previous order had arrived with no problems. Poor customer service in my opinion.

We didn't blame the customer and we did investigate. On investigation we pointed out that their formatting of the address was nowhere near Royal Mail guidelines and could result in delays. The order arrived on-time anyway so in the end, there wasn't any problem!

Great Service
When one the kitchen cupboard hinges failed I found the image of a possible replacement on Go Hardware’s site. Go Hardware’s customer services team quickly responded to my query, following which the replacement hinge was received within a couple days. Fitting proved to be very easy and successful.
