Go hardwood made the transition for my new flooring project a great Experience. Not only they were able to provide what I was looking for but it was at a great price compared to other competitors.

I was running behind on my job and needed a good quality Carpet. The salesman from Gohardwood was able to recommend me some options with the best price. The carpet took about a week to deliver and everything turned out fantastic! Really enjoyed my experience here.

The guy on the phone was super rude. Just called to check stock and a quote - but was extremely rude and sounded like he just didn't want to talk to anyone. Says everything I need to know about a company.

My experience with GoHardwood was very disappointing.
My goal was to add flooring to my staircase by matching my existing flooring. I wasn't sure about the reference to my existing flooring since it was done by the previous owner of the house.
I ordered this Mohawk stairnose thinking it was my best option after I read the return policy very carefully and was OK with the 30% restocking fee.
The delivery experience was quite bad. I ordered 7 stairnose units and they came in 3 different shipments. One shipment with 4 units, one shipment with 2 units and one shipment with 1 unit.
Each shipment was poorly packaged, the hardwood was moving and not protected by any plastic wrapper or anything. As a matter of fact, UPS left a note saying that one of the shipments arrived with both sides open. Most of the units were damaged enough that the ends couldn't be used and had to be cut.
Anyways, I called the customer service about returning the merchandise and they told me that I couldn't return them because of Mohawk's policy - they don't allow returning "accessories".
This left me very disappointed since it wasn't in the return policy. Only have I known, I probably wouldn't have ordered from this website with blurry return policies. 
The person I had on the phone told me they would reach out to Mohawk's customer service to see what he could do but never got back to me.
My email with someone was left unanswered as well.

Staff was very helpul and professional from start to finish. Had to rearrange the the delivery a couple times because of miscommunication from the trucking company. Other than that, everything else turned out phenomenal.

Ordered porcelain pavers from them. Paid 346 extra for 500lb pallet to be delivered to my curb. They do not deliver directly to your residence beware of this fact . Pick the stuff up yourself if they have it in your area and save yourself the headache.

Ordered 1700 sq. ft of 3/4 hardwood from Go Hardwood. From ordering the sample to knowing the ship date Jeremy Price has been with me every step of the way! Awesome customer service. Can't wait to see the flooring.

We renovated our living room with new vinyl floors. Everything turned out beautiful. Looking forward to making another purchase

I am extremely disappointed with the set of Kitchen cabinet that I bought from Go Green. The cabinets are very expensive, but of very poor quality with a lot of defects. The service from this company is also very poor. A total waste of my time and effort.

I purchased flooring from Go Hardwood based on positive reviews and the 25 year warranty.

I will admit that the customer service for order placement and fulfillment was excellent. The customer service now that I am having some quality issues has room for improvement.

I have learned that the warranties that Go Hardwood advertises are only valid/supported while they have an active account with the flooring manufacturer. So, in the event that relationship ends at year 3 since your purchase and you start having quality issues, they will no longer uphold the year warranty that they advertised.

If you choose to purchase flooring, make sure that you get a copy of the warranty at the time of purchase to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Great communication and follow up. One of the boxes was lost by the freight carrier and another was damaged. In contacting Go Hardwood they were very responsive and sent replacement items. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. I also had called around before my original order and they had the best pricing for product and shipping. Regards Todd V.
