Valentines gift bought around about the 7th failed to arrive by 14th actually did arrive but on 20th ! Contacted them by email two times and got absolutely no response - I won’t be using these again.

Took too long for delivery ,e mail didn't work to contact and cancel an order that I duplicated.Goods arrived and also were not suitable.

I have not received my product an despite emailing twice and sending a response form from the website I have been totally ignored! I hate companies like this… quick enough to take your money but absolutely no customer service! Would not recommend and they will never get my custom again!

Ordered a valentines day card and paid £5 postage for quick delivery payment was on the 6th of February and the card didn't turn uo until the 18th, asked for refund on 3 separate emails no response and the card what turned up was of poor quality and damaged, would never use them again terrible business

Delivery was good. Cleaning walls is a breeze.

I ordered a bag and when it was finally received it is poor quality and not made properly. I tried to contact them to complain but they have ignored me and not replied.

These are great for our shower much nicer than the ones we already had.

I believe you have sent the wrong product. I wanted anti fungal nail treatment and I have Hyaluronic Acid - anti brittle

I sent a complaint but have nt received a reply. I purchased the mini mop but this is cheap and nasty, to small more like a child's mop. Why i was persuaded to purchase at £17 i must be mad. Cheap, tat.....

Terrible company. No replies to emails over non delivery.

Ordered a set of 3 screwless bathroom corner shelves at a cost of £24.98 including delivery.
The advertisement clearly showed these would be secured to the wall with powerful suckers thar are applied by levers that create the vacuum to stick them to the wall.
When they finally arrived having had no contact or updates since paying for them I feel instead of the price paid it should have been £4.98.
Instead of the suckers as shown, these arrived with flimsy self adhesive fixings and anything more than a couple of bars of soap and they fall off the wall.
Apart from misrepresenting these , they send out these absolutely rubbish quality items, an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

Stay clear of this company.

It was as advertised and the delivery was quick and on time, would recommend this to anyone
