AI bot problem not solved any issues
Where since the company using AI bot to answers any complain, they not resolved any issue on GoFood problem. I wait around 90mins + 90mins and cannot be canceled. 2 times on buying food in GoFood but always "the resto is preparing" n all is ended canceled by system after several hours.
I tried to contact the restaurant, the food is ready but cannot reach GoJek costumer service.
Please, cs cannot be replaced by robot.
Charged for a cancellation when I never booked
I tried to book a cab using Gojek. Four times I waited for them to reply that no one was available. On the fifth attempt I decided to quit waiting so closed the app and to alternative transport. They charge me $4 for ' cancelling' . Ok appealing, they said the driver had turned up. Complete lie because I never confirmed the booking !! I'm addition the main taxis were cheaper than Gojek too, so avoid.

Difficult to write because the drivers were always with us within 5 minutes and were efficient and professional. This was in both Lovina and Sanur. HOWEVER upon return to Australia I discovered that the credit card which I uses for GoJek was being used to both stuff online from a supermarket here in Oz. The only people who had the ccv number were GoJek, so I'm am extremely suspicious. All other transactions s were tap and go and with businesses that I have used on all my other Bali trips and none had my ccv. So one has to think...
Do not use them!
Only getting one star because I can’t give zero. Total scammers - charged 800 for journey which rerun was 300. Look very legit but don’t be fooled. They just take advantage and take your money. DO NOT USE
Most unreliable and untrustworthy
I was debited 18 Dollars for a ride which never happened. I was never picked up nor dropped but Customer care insists that the ride happened. Never use them. Never install their app.
Gojek for a food delivery
We used Gojek for a food delivery from McDonald’s down the road (reasonable walk) and after 3 driver cancellations we ended up with cold food 1hr later. Very disappointed in the service. Don’t use this for food as it’s way too unreliable.

Great for spontaneous rides in main centres but cannot be relied on. I scheduled a car but they couldn’t get a driver so created some stress for us. Best to organise a private driver for any longer or scheduled trips you need to make

If can i don't want to give 1 star either. Driver keep on cancel and we have to wait for 2 hours. Is it for the amout of fare to increase then they pick us up?
Gojek is a fraud co
Gojek has found a new way to frequently earn money and help their drivers too. Driver clicks on arrived way before he has arrived and then charges "waiting Fee" even though he makes the passengers wait. This has happened over 10 times now and so we are putting reviews online. Car no : SMQ3169J

lalu hari ini tanggal 25 saya konfirmasi ke pembeli apakah barang sudah diterima, pembeli langsung komplain ke tokopedia kalau barang belum sampai, di foto barang bukan dirumah pembeli tetapi di gerobak tukang jualan (foto terlampir)
lalu muncul notifikasi di aplikasi seller tokopedia saya kalau ada request refund dari pembeli saya langsung klik dan itu memyetujui kalau refund dana langsung ke pembeli
tetapi barang tidak balik ke saya dan saya tidak dapat ganti senilai barang itu, lapor ke e commerce di suruh ke gojek dari gojek disuruh ke tokopedia terus aja lempar lempar gada penyelesaian!!! tolong driver yang disebut diatas itu diajarin tangan nya jangan gatel pengen barang orang lain!!!

I know the maintenance fees is damn high and you need to pay your employees. But why in the hell you always keep charging customers with unethical amount of platform fee, service fee, kiss my ass fee, etc.?!

Millions of times when I order the driver doesn't move. I text they don't reply, I call on the app and on their phone number they don't answer.

App no longer works
I’ve used the app successfully for 9 years. Probably 1000s of food orders over the past years and it was a fantastic app. I live right in the center of Seminyak Bali, there are 1000s of drivers nearby, but now the app never works - we wait hours for orders to be picked up by drivers but they never are and we always have to cancel our orders. Basically, the app does not work anymore and cannot be used for food orders. I have deleted the app, will only use Grab from now on and will tell everyone how GOJEK no longer works reliably - everyone should use Grab.
Refusing to transport a disabled person
The driver refused to take us in because one pax sits in a wheelchair but can enter and exit a car. We asked the driver to cancel from his end so that we can make a new booking. He refused,parked right in front of us. He raised his voice in an extremely rude manner and aggressively gestured in his car, and he went on threatening to call the police.
I was charged for a trip I didn’t even take
Hi I booked the location incorrectly and when we spoke I told the driver about it, instead of changing me a cancellation fee, he has charged me in full. This is outrageous and totally unfair.
This would never happen with Grab or any other app. Also they have no chat bots or helplines. It’s highly frustrating.

My account Got suspended for no clear reason. I had to cancel some rides because drivers were coming to wrong locations and one item was missing in one of my orders. To just suspend someone’s account without reason is stupid. If you can don’t use the app
Wait to cancel
If can it will be negative, not even 1 star. It will get you a driver and you wait for a good 10mins+ and still haven arrive. When it become 500m away it cancel on you. This is what gogek gives you. You book you wait and you get cancelled
RIP OFF - charged same amount for a 90km journey as a 20km journey
Booked a car from Canggu to Amed, a 3 hour journey. After 20 minutes, plans changed and I had to go back to the pickup location. Gojek charged the full amount, 600k IDR, for a journey that should have cost 100k. Their customer service is useless and very frustrating, probably bots, repeating the same loop of answers. Seems they prefer to rip off a customer and lose them forever than offer a simple and common sense solution. I will never use Gojek again.
