I’ve made an order for Valentine’s Day for Karaj I asked them to be delivered by 4 pm ! They charge you £12 for the journey but my mum and sister received their flowers at 10pm at night ! They woke them up to give them their Valentines gift I was disgusted by what they did they charging people and they have no service or driver to deliver ! I will never order from them and I asked them for the full refund of my money but they just ignored me !
PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISGUSTING !

Honestly they are not good as they announce. In my opinion if you want to send your gift or flowers to Tehran or Karaj is alright but rather than that they are awful. I ordered flowers with chocolate to one of my friends in a town . I did payed and they said they will send it in next 48 hours. But they never sent the flowers as they did not had any support in that town ! If you don't have the support please do not get any order !! They never apologize! Never answered me back ! It was awful experience for me ! I will never back to them ! By the way they did not refund my money!! I had to claim to my bank :))

من یکی از بدترین تجربه ها رو داشتم بعد از یکهفته هنوز کادوی روز پدر دستشون نرسیده و هر روز بهانه جدید یکروز بارونه یکروز شماره تلفن اشتباهه یکبار آدرس امروز از پدر نود ساله من خواسته شده خودش به اداره پست مراجعه کنه یا کادو عودت داده میشه من رو به شدت خجالت زده کردین 👎👎👎👎

Sefareshe Tehranam ham gola pazhmorde bood. Moshtaritoon boodam vali dar hale hazer keifiyate karetoon kheili bad shode va dige be shoma sefaresh nemidam.

دیروز سفارش گل ثبت کردم برای تبریز و تهران

سفارش تبریز برای مادربزرگم اصلا تحویل داده نشد برای روز مادر

سفارش تهران اینقدر دیر بردن مادرم از شرکت به سمت خونه راه افتاده بودن قرار بود ساعت نه تا چهار برسه
تازه ساعت ۴:۴۰ تماس گرفتن از پیک که هستید شرکت گل براتون داریم

جالبه من میخواستم سورپرایز کنم مثلا

هیچی بعد پیکی گفت اگر میخواید ۱۷۰ تومن میشه بیارم خونه تحویل بدم
در نهایت گفتن نه شرکت کرایه رو تقبل میکنه میارم گل رو براتون چهار ساعت بعد رسید دست مامانم

اصلا توجیه این حرف که روز مادر بود و ترافیک قابل پذیرش نیست چون برای همین ترافیک و روز مادر شما پنج یورو بیشتر از روزای دیگه گرفتید

کسب و کاری رو نمیتونید مدیریت کنید یا شروع نکنید یا میخواید ادامه بدید اندازه ی ظرفیت های سازمانتون قدم بردارید

حالا گل مادر بزرگم چی میشه ، پولی که پرداخت کردم یه سمت قضیه اصلی اینه شما باعث شدید من برای مادربزرگم چیزی نفرستم میتونستم از یه سایت دیگه سفارش بدم یا به دختر خاله هام بگم از ایران خیلی ارزونتر تهیه کنن ..

با تشکر از شما که پول که می دهیم بهتون حلال می کنید همیشه عکس ها قشنگ تر وبهتر از خیلی چیزهای واقعی هستند ولی زحمات وسایل وکیک ها وبخبکس شب یلداتون خیلی بهتر وخوشمزه تر و زیباتر از عکس هستند، سپاس از وجودتون وکار راحت کردن برای ماهایی که از عزیزانمون دوریم.
