Terribly packaged.
The twelve cans of fizzy drink I bought were shipped tightly in a box with no padding causing two of the cans to be damaged and bowed out. In the night they both exploded.
Edit: I sent them an email and asked them to make it right. They asked for photos and once I sent them they didn't reply again.

A short delay but received as promised
Although there was a short delay in getting my wine, the seller explained they were waiting for the delivery, and that I would have it by Friday (yesterday) latest. True to their word I did. Brilliant service and a very happy customer.

Ordering was hassle free online and products arrived in excellent condition having been carefully wrapped and parceled up. Parcel left in our safe place and we had information about this. The parcel arrived a day before our final delivery date but thought it would come 3 - 5 days. Would order again.
