I played back here again after spending thousands no win at all too much rigged in their slots! Easy to deposit but Withdrawal was so hard to get too, they requested so many documents and after uploading many times, sending emails back and fort finally they approved after all the stress they caused! Trying to remove loss limits.

Trying to remove loss limits and deposit limits is horrendous. I thought it would take 24 hours but it's not that easy. The chat sent me to customer support via email. It's been 48 hours and I have been told that it is going to the relevant team to review their decision. What!! Just tell me how long I have to wait. If it's a week or I dread to say a month, just say. They told me that I had to request it (remove loss limits) in a very articulate way. I did that but man the communication is horrible. Now it's the waiting game.

scam site, got verified and they took my deposits but wont accept my withdrawal, they ignore support and send a generic message "please confirm this request is still relevant". It looks like they do this to so many people, this site should be illegal. Im gathering legal advice from my lawyers as we speak

Don’t bother.

It’s fine when you are depositing money but as soon as you make a withdrawal, drama. You have to literally jump through hoops. I have submitted over 10 requests to withdraw and they have all been cancelled for different reasons. I even had to prove that I emailed them. Don’t bother with this website.

BEWARE

Everyone !, stay clear of this casino.
I had a decent win , I was desperately needing the money withdrawn to pay for bills. I followed the instructions clearly to a T, but kept getting denied. The support chat, is just a bunch of AI. I tried for 3 days constantly asking for help sending over 100 pictures, every single time being declined, being put through fake support chats that kept repeating the same thing. Never received 1 email from them or reply to me desperately messaging their support email. The photos they asked for in the initial setup for verification says clearly “ a selfie holding your ID so it’s visibly able to be read”. So I do the exact thing and it gets canceled. The AI chat bot says to me “ you need to take a selfie with the waist up holding your id and a piece of paper with your name, the date, and a stupid phrase on a piece of paper aaaaaaaaand your arms and hands MUST be completely visible ALL WHILE making sure your license details are completely readable( which is Impossible )

Horrible site, please do not deposit anything , I’m from NZ also

The website at first seemed amazing and clean and well programmed, it’s all just fake.

Vermutlich gab es einen Managementwechsel oder ähnliches und nun tobt sich da ein Praktikant aus. Das man bei Dama & Hollycorn immer häufiger unprofessionelles erlebt weiss man, auch das viele nun auf den "KI" zug aufspringen. KI in dem Fall in Form von Bots, wo es seit dutzenden Jahren schon im Internet gibt und nun einfach KI genannt wird.

Auf jedenfall ist dieses Casino entweder komplett automatisiert und nahezu ohne Mensch gesteuert oder eben einfach unproffessionell.

- Man erhält Boni per Email, wo von "High Bet" Spins gesprochen wird. Nirgendwo in der E-Mail usw ist aufgeführt, welchen Wert diese Spins haben. Evtl auch hier KI gesteuert, ein Mensch würde dies gerade bei so einem grossen Anbieter bemerken
- Fragt man im "Chat" kommt natürlich zuerst eine "KI". Wählt man dort dann das man menschliche Hilfe benötigt, kommt (angeblich) Agent mit Vornamen in den Chat und bittet um Geduld bis er es prüfte. Auf den Screenshot der E-Mail mit einfacher Frage nach dem Wert erhält man dann nach 5 Minuten die Antwort, der maximale Einsatz beim Umsetzen eines Bonus betrage 6.50 Euro und der Chat wird beendet. Das heisst für mich, ein Bot gibt sich als Mensch aus. Es ist legitim wenn man häufige Fragen versucht mit KI zu bearbeiten, aber in meinen Augen hochgradig unseriös dies nicht zu deklarieren und die KI als Mensch ausgeben zu lassen.
Achja, "selbstverständlich" ist die nicht verlangte Auskunft von 6.50 Euro maximal Einsatz gemäss Casino Bonusbedingungen nicht einmal korrekt.
- Nicht zuletzt reagiert das Casino nicht (mehr) auf die negativen Bewertungen, für mich auch ein "red Flag"
