This game cheats and skips and literally for hours won’t give you a bonus. No payouts. It freezes and changes the symbols so they don’t match up. Horrible app there aren’t any yellow symbols that match the most you get is 2 and never and more than that. No red symbol matches. The bonus when you do get one never retrievers, or they are all cents and never any bigger amounts. This game is a fraud and literally cheats and skips so nothing matches. By far one of the worse gaming platforms. The promotions always wants you to deposit $50 or $100 for .10 spins for 10 games or something like that. Doesn’t pay at all just takes your money.

I was lured in by false advertising. I got a bonus that said once I deposited money I could withdraw what I had won with the bonus. When I made the deposit I was informed that I could not withdraw until I played $1600. I was conned.

I brought one of my family members to Las Vegas for a short relaxing/ reset. The only thing she requested to do was go to the Golden Nugget and swim with the shark tank. I already made reservations at NYNY. I called the Golden Nugget reservation desk to ask questions regarding a daily pass for the pool. The reservation desk told me it would be cheaper to book a room, rather than get two daily passes. He told me the price would be $28 plus the $51 resort fee and that was it. I paid it on the spot and reserved a night. Upon check in, the reservation stated I I had to pay an additional $132 for the night. This was wrong but I paid it since my family member wanted to visit the pool. Once we got to the pool, they were draining it. They said there was the hideout “adults only” pool. We went ahead and went up there. The pool was shaded and everyone was standing like sardines. We made the best of it. We had put our personal belongings on a lounge chair while we were in the pool. My family member went to get her phone to FaceTime her baby, when she observed two females in our spot. They had picked up our belongings and moved them. These two women thought it was funny and began calling my family member down when she confronted them about moving our items. The male party of the girls tried giving free drinks to allow those girls to stay. My family member went to speak to the manager. The manager “Kevin” sided with the rude girls and began cussing at my family member. The manager then upgraded those rude girls to a lounge bed. My family member came back to the pool upset, “Kevin” the manager came to the pool, in front of other guests, yelling at my family member. One pool hand stated the boyfriend of those girls spend money there and Kevin was probably catering to them because of how much the boyfriend spent. This is completely wrong. Many guest who witnessed “Kevin” treat my family member rudely stated they will never stay at the golden nugget again. They also informed me, they witnessed similar behavior at the pool with “ Kevin” and another guest the day before. Overall, this was the worst experience in Vegas I have encountered and Kevin needs to be trained on customer service. We didn’t need to book a room, I only booked a room here to fulfill a dream my family member had ( swim at the pool near the shark tank). Last time she saw it, it was barely being built. Instead, the pool was drained and she was belittled by the guests and pool manager Kevin. This was a terrible experience.

Golden nugget online casino directly debited my account without permission and told me it was for 2 days before. So when do online casinos let you play for free and then take the money out a day or 2 later. They brushed me off and told me to call the police. I caught the golden nugget casino not once but twice not paying me for winning a major win and I appealed to them to pay me and I had the bet ID number on both times they cheated me and then all of a sudden I am on restrictions and I am not getting paid unless I give them information I don't possess please pay attention to your wins because they think if you are elderly you are not interested in them cheating be careful.I will contact the state but they are on the casino payroll

Horrible site. I usually do not provide negative comments on Casino slots. But, this one is the worst. It took a half hour just to set up a new account. Promised, 250 spins which they did honor, however, at only 8 cents a spin. It gave me a total of $14 dollars after wasting 45 minutes of my time clicking for it. I will save my breath for now. Now, my wonderful host has not responded to a single message I have sent her, not a single one....EVER since my reinstatement And since the non play for 3 months my account has apparently been downgraded..... You might as well take your greenbacks and wipe your butt with them rather than playing at Golden nugget.... trust me.... what a God awful place, with God awful employee representation, and absolutely no customer loyalty, like none

They let you win when you are a new player but after you play for awhile they never let you win and you will consistently lose and not win anything at all. It’s just a scam and a waste of time and money.
