Goldenwarm UK is extremely misleading
Goldenwarm UK is extremely misleading. Despite the name, this is not a genuine UK-based company – the products are shipped from China, which was not made clear at the point of purchase. The delivery time is long.
The item I received looked nothing like the images on the website and was of very poor, cheap quality. The photos online are clearly presented in a way that does not reflect the actual product.
When I requested a refund, I was told I would have to return the item to china at my own cost. This is unacceptable given the item was not as described.
Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. After five complaints, I got a reply, very evasive and they do not offer any solution. I would strongly recommend avoiding this website.

NOT a uk company!
I’m still waiting for a response to my email to ask if they expedited shipping so they’d be here so we could get them fitted for Easter. That ships sailed! handles ordered 24/3 arrived today. They are a great look for our new doors, BUT we will need 2 more handles. Shipping is £10 & took 10 days. Rather expensive. I should have guessed it was going to be a Chinese product from the 6-10d shipping window. I feel it is more than misleading to not be upfront about where the handles are coming from… everything suggests it’s a UK company. I’d also like to add every single one of their responses on here is written by AI. Not the sort of family run company I thought I was buying from. Good product & I will have to purchase the extra handles we need so they match but I feel let down by the obvious hoodwinking of customers & the lack of response.

Fantastic customer service
I recently placed an order with Goldenwarm for some kitchen door handles, I realised the next morning that I had miscalculated and needed one more handle, I contacted the company via email asking if I could add one more on before dispatch, I had a response from Claire within 30 mins who offered to add one on at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service, can’t wait to get my order.

I REALLY wanted to love these handles
I REALLY wanted to love these handles, but I am a little disappointed
Firstly I ordered these weeks ago, and only just arrived GoodenwarmUK, you’d expect it to be based here in the UK, but no the are shipped from China so take ages to arrive and when it eventually did the screws provided (even thou they provided different sizes), none were long enough to fit, so I had to use the old ones and the shaded was hopping for more brass than very light gold. It doesn’t really match but it’s better than the silver ones I originally had. It’s too much effort to send them back.
Reason for 2 stars is misleading people to think it’s a UK company, extremely long wait, not providing right screws, and the shade of brass gold was more gold than brass. But reason it’s not a 1 is that it’s still a nice handle, it’s solid and has weight to it.
I think you need to be transparent with where you are based and ship from. It says despatched within 6 days but then would expect it a day or two later not having to travel half the world. I think you need to take the wording brass out and it’s it’s made from brass but a light yellow colour it needs to be clear and provide longer screws.
But that said if you don’t care about carbon footprint, if you like the light bright gold and if you don’t mind waiting a month for your handles then you won’t be disappointed

Excellent customer service when trying to obtain an order. Followed by the longest delivery time ever. Only to find the product ordered was not true to the website image, very poor quality. If I had impaired vision and decided to keep the kitchen cupboard handles it would have resulted in a kitchen downgrade, not an upgrade as intended. Now, after daily emails requesting a refund, they have yet to respond and give me the refund address and details as per their website. One website form completed and at least 6 emails sent..... Nothing. BE WARNED.. 0/10

AVOID - Chinese Drop Shipper
Poor quality handles shipped from China. Should have shipped with 2 screw lengths but only one sent which aren't long enough to go through existing doors and the thread pattern won't take a standard handle screw. Also, screw holes aren't central so the fitter said he wants an extra £225 if I can get correct screws because he will have to fit individually rather than use a handle jig. No response to emails from customer service. Literally a waste of money!

Well finished and looks good
I ordered these to match champagne bronze shower fixtures in a remodel. The images online made it hard to tell the difference between the satin brass and champagne bronze, but I was hopeful these would be more bronze in person.
They do not match the champagne bronze fixtures and are a satin brass finish. These do appeared dipped. They are a solid and attractive pull anyways.

Bought this light as I liked the look of it and also the reviews. Have to say it’s as good as everyone says, so beautiful and eye catching. It does take about an hour to put together but it’s worth it and if you didn’t have to do that yourself this light would cost so much more.
