Shaun and his team at Gold Trust, Umhlanga Ridge were incredible. An easy message on watsapp got me an appointment. The office park was in a safe and secure site with lots of parking. Shaun gave me a detailed explanation at each step, weighing and showing me the composition of my items in real-time. I was delightfully amazed at the rate and price offered for my small earrings. Payment was completed while I was in the office within 2 minutes, giving me great peace of mind that everything was legitimate.

I filled in the form on their website, stating clearly in detail the SA silver coins to sell - I have spoken to three separate consultants to no avail, it's a pity, I wanted to do business with them, but don't have time to waste having to continuously repeat myself - very disappointed to say the least.
May I suggest that they read the forms, then contact the potential customers?

Reply noted - but if they did read the form, it is clear as to what I wish to sell - the form was NOT reviewed or read. I clearly gave the percentage breakdown of the silver of the SA silver coins I wish to sell, all I wanted was your purchase price for the silver content. Your reply is of no use to me, unfortunately. I would be happy to speak to a consultant who actually knows what they are doing, it is very tiresome when you are trying to communicate with someone who appears to be reading from a checklist...

My consultant Caroline met me at the Cape Town branch in the V&A and were absolutely TOP class. She is extremely professional and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. Caroline was also very knowledgeable and could answer all questions I had. Every step was explained on how and why its been done. I will recommend this company and the consultant to anyone.

This was the most pleasant experience I ever had with a company. Riley from the Courier Branch was extremely helpful and walked me through every step. I could not visit the branch myself due to being too far away so couriered the items. Within 2 hours after receiving my items, they did the evaluation, quotation and the payment cleared into my bank account. (and it was double the amount i thought it would be)

Excellent professional service as always very happy to deal with you guys. Great job!
