Avoid at all costs. Selling fake goods from what appears to be a UK based website. Refused to give a full refund and as others have said requesting returns shipped to America. I’m so angry I didn’t check reviews before wasting my money on this site!

AVOID!! Awful experience with this website, would rate it 0 stars if possible. They mislead customers and falsely advertise!! The website states to email regarding refunds yet when I did this I was told I cannot send my item back as it’s “too costly” to ship back to the US. I was offered to keep the item (which does not fit) and instead offered a 20% partial refund. After endless emails they finally gave me the details of their USA warehouse and suggested I cover the overseas shipping costs. Despite having a London address on their website they were adamant I could not send my item here? After reluctantly agreeing to the poor offer of a partial refund and being out of pocket nearly £100, several weeks have gone by and no refund has been received! AVOID THIS WEBSITE

FAKE! SCAM!
Have reported to trading standards. Bought running trainers which are completely fake and this scam company are refusing to accept this. Saying all their items are genuine- they are not! They will not give me a refund.

As with all of the other reports here this is a company that sends counterfeit goods or goods that are incorrect and will then refuse to give a refund or pay for returns. Their returns policy says they will pay for returns for items that are not as stated. They do not do this. I recommend all people here do as I have. Report the issue to Action Fraud online, Citizens Advice, use your bank services to request a charge back to dispute the payment, contact the domain owner which is Namecheap, and make a complaint through Shopify as well. I have done all the above and others need to do the same. Do not buy anything from them.

I bought a pair of running shoes as a birthday gift. Came in the wrong size and would not accept a return. Stated that I could keep the product for a 20% discount. Challenged this and they upped the discount to 30% and then 35%. They then accepted a return for a full refund but only if I paid for the shipping to return.

They maintained that the correct item was dispatched even after sending them images of my order receipt and the order itself.

Currently filing a complaint with Citizens Advice.

I bought HOKA bondi 9 womans shoes. But to my surprise they’re fake one. After I bought them I read the reviews they are scammers . Pls don’t buy any shoes from them.

I received fake Hoka trainers, one of the trainers being bigger than the other and the tag on the tongue peeling off. When I asked for a refund they offered 25%. If I wanted a full refund I had to ship them back to the US. Please do not order from this awful company.

SCAM… after reading the reviews (too late I might add) I thought I might get some fakes. But nothing turned up. Fake delivery link showing items delivered.

If I could give 0 I would. If you want them to take your money and not deliver then order from here. I ordered nearly two weeks ago and no sign. The delivery tracking has been the same for a whole week, saying order ready. The email responses I get are standard and are not acknowledging what I am saying and the phone number doesn’t accept calls. Do not buy from this web site.

As all the other reviews state. I have had the same experience. I ordered trainers, received counterfeit trainers poor quality and wrong size. I emailed them. They offered 30%off. I declined and now they are expecting me to send them back to America. There policy stated that they would pay for returns if item is not as described. They are not honouring this. I am reporting to trading standards and going through my bank for a chargeback.

Absolutely shocking please do not buy from here I paid for my item no order number received emailed then after 5 days and they replied by saying they’ll send me tracking number once package is out for delivery. waited another 3 days as still heard nothing so emailed again with a reply saying we haven’t got an order number for you so can you send us your full address since then I’ve heard nothing I even said i’m reporting them to my bank. I wish I checked the reviews before purchasing off this site.

To make things easier and avoid the hassle of international shipping, we’re offering a 20% partial refund, and you may keep the item — no need to send it back."
companies house states business is based in PO box in Cardiff whilst website gives a london address.
Website also states :
Currently, Golfado only delivers within the United Kingdom. We do not support international shipping or deliveries to non-UK regions at this time.

I ordered a pair or trainers which were due to get dispatched but then I had an email a week later asking for my address so I checked my confirmation which had all my details on so I questioned it and had no response.

I contacted via instagram and got a response saying it hadn’t been sent out due to not having them in stock and assure it had been sent out and resolved.

Two days later again nothing so requested to cancel my order as still haven’t been dispatched and no response from their side. I then went through Klarna to process the refund and surprise surprise I had an email straight away saying they were cancelling my order but I needed to pay a £9 (10%)cancellation fee. I questioned this as clearly my parcel hadn’t been sent out and now they have made £9 from nothing.

Seems like they are doing this to most people in their reviews and don’t actually have the products in stock.

Avoid with all cost, not worth it and the owner of the company is a young dumb lad according to company house

this is a scam website the trainers are fake when they turn up ! they are registered to london but want you to return back to us and pay for it. they send automated emails and you can't actually speak to a real person.

If I could do zero stars I would. These shoes are fake. They don’t accept returns in the uk. You have to send them to the us at huge expense. The size ordered are not what arrived and they do nothing. Total waste of money.

Edit: the shoes are fakes, I purchased genuine ones from Hoka to compare. I have photos and have sent them to Golfado who continue to deny that they are selling fakes and requesting returns to a USA address. I have a claim lodged with Klarna.

Please avoid this company.
They are not an authorised Hoka retailer. I’m highly suspicious that the trainers I received are counterfeit. The company are asking for the items to be returned to the US, or receive a 20% refund and keep the items due to “avoid the hassle of international shipping”.
I’m very angry and frustrated that I fell for it - the price is too good to be true.

Please don't waste your money on this bunch of scammers. You'll receive cheap, Chinese-made counterfeit items and discover that Golfado break UK trading standards legislation by trying to then con customers into returning these shoddy fakes to a warehouse in the USA. Read the reviews - not a single person has been refunded by these con artists. Use your bank's fraud protocols instead.

Absolutely disgusting company, website shows them as a UK company, took nearly two weeks to deliver, when I wanted to return after the late delivery, damaged box and what I believe to be counterfeit trainers they would only refund me if I shipped back to the US.
