Disappointed
I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. The app didn’t work for him and he has the latest iPhone. When he swung on the mat the sequins flew off. I contacted customer support and they said after looking at the images of the mat they could not issue a refund. I will never order from them again. I haven’t experienced such bad customer service in so long!

This is not a unit for golf
This is not a unit for golf. It gives you 5 seconds to push the start button...run back to your mat 5 ft away, Line up your shot and swing. All of that in 5 seconds. Many times the app fails at detection- and if you move at all once the 5 sec is over and it gives you about 4 seconds to swing-and if you dont swing but lets say you adjust your club head...then its another failure. The app is not friendly and you log in and setup every time. More pain than pleasure with this unit. And one person hit the ball on some rocks and it bounced for 20 min. You had to close the dang app and start completely over..big Nope for me

EVERYTHING AWFUL DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I Cancelled my order within a hour of purhase 5 emails later sent over a short period of time to ensure it wasnt sent no response to any emails.....
It has now has been delivered...I havent even opened the package... I have asked to return.... Now still no response..DONT ORDER DONT BUY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE APALLING

Scam Company!
I ordered their "Golf at home" for my dad as a Christmas gift and they kept telling me it had been delayed and it never showed up. I emailed them several times to get my money refunded but no response... stay away, they are scamming you.

Very slow shipping and poor customer service
Very slow shipping. I ordered on 11/18 and it finally arrived on 12/23. I’m now trying to return it because the latency between when you hit the ball and when it registers it in the app is very slow. The customer service is terrible for the return. It took 3 emails from me to hear back from them. Now waiting on a return authorization and it’s been 4 days. Buy at your own risk.

Shipping Standards are non existent
Shipping standards said that items would ship in 3-5 days. Made my purchase 12/8 and was just told on 12/23 that it will arrive at some piont between 1/6 & 1/10.....Just another example of offshore retailers scamming us out of $$
