Heute jam auf meine nächste Anfrage ein link um Sendungen zu verfolgen, jedoch page not found. Nach Köln heisst es 2-3 Tage Lieferzeit und nun sind 2 Wochen rund und war als Geburtstagsgeschenk letzten Sonntag gedacht. Ganz toll.

Wrong delivery
My wife ordered the Azalea stand which they swapped with the standard version. They notified that they did and we Said no thx but they shipped it anyway. We returned it. Then I later bought the Azalea and they didnt notify any swap and we thought all was good. Received the standard version🙈. Unprofessional. The free gift were not included and the phone clip which should be in the standard version were missing too….

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry for the frustration. Let us explain what happened. The Azalea stand is currently held up by customs, which is why we sent the standard version instead. The two stands are functionally identical; the only difference is the design. We should have communicated this much more clearly, and we apologise that it didn't feel that way.
We're also sorry to hear that your reply to our e-mail wasn't picked up. That shouldn't happen, and we're looking into how this went wrong. As for the phone clip, unfortunately our supplier can no longer provide it, so it's no longer included with the stands. We apologise that this wasn't yet reflected on our website.

I hope the company can improve...
I didn't get a book or any gift. There was no mobile phone holder either, even though the description says it should be included in the package.
The stand itself is FANTASTIC and the magnetic ring that comes with it is really good. The mobile phone sits in its place and I have tried to shake the mobile phone off the stand and it doesn't come off no matter how hard I shake it so the stand really gets 5 out of 5 stars, unfortunately everything else drags the rating down.
The package arrived after about 10 working days. This company is very young and I hope they can grow, but all the positive comments come from their home country (the Netherlands) and Belgium which is close, keep that in mind. I am super happy with the stand but it's a shame that everything else around the company needs to be improved.

We owe you an apology regarding the phone holder. Unfortunately, our supplier can no longer provide it, so we're no longer able to include it. Your order most likely fell in the short period between that change and the update of our product page. We're sorry for the confusion this caused. We also appreciate your feedback on delivery time; as a young company, we're continuously working to improve our international shipping.

The product took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, it has arrived without the free gift book and free gift that was on the order.
Product itself is good but will not be using this company again as the service is really poor

I feel cheated and misled.
Let me start by saying that I really don't like leaving negative reviews, and I know that mistakes can happen.
However, I can see here that I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience with this company!
I ordered the Golfimprove stand on June 3rd 2026, and the money was deducted from my account the very next day.
I have been in contact with the company several times, but the response I get is that they don't have my tracking information—though they are trying to locate it—and that the item has been shipped and should be close to delivery.
I’ve given up; I’m starting to believe that the company is a scam and has no real intention of resolving the issues.
I feel cheated and misled.
Experiences like this make me lose faith in online shopping.

Voor het eerst mijn eigen spel gezien
Heel tevreden over het statief van Golfimprove. Na dertig jaar golf had ik mezelf nog nooit zien putten of chippen. Er ging een wereld voor me open! Prima kwaliteit, ook na zes maanden geen gebruikssporen!

Great quality for not only golf but also for Everests use
I ordered the golfimprove stand a week ago and i already love it. My first intention was to use it for my golf swing analasys. Its not only great for that, but also to shoot pictures with my camera and my phone.
