I had very good communication with an issue I had. I assumed my giftcard ran out after 2 years and I did not take it off the card until I was going to use it. This is when I saw it had already expired. I emailed and had help straight away and it has been extended a further 6 months so I am able to use it.
The reason for 4 stars is because I have not yet used it and therefore cannot tell you if it works or not (read some other reviews about this) but as soon as I have managed to get some childfree time and used it and able to say it works I will be straight on here to move it up to 5 stars! What more could you want than a company that responds and is able to sort out an issue! So far very pleased!

Following a query about extending the date of my voucher, they were most helpful and gave me a 6 month extension so I could enjoy the gift in better weather ( fingers crossed….😂).
No quibbles just helpful service. 👍🏻

Booked Golf on the Friday, played the Saturday and had the voucher funds in my account on Monday.

Good customer service via email too.

i have been given a voucher as a gift but have been unable to use it due to health reasons. i have emailed using the email on the web site
but each time undeliverable i cant find a phone number anywhere or alternative email.Can somone please send me a contact email or phone number asap as my vouche expires sept 2022

You say you receive hundreds of emails. Well I have emailed you 3 times now with 0 response from you. I tried it from my personal and work email but don’t hear back.
The email address I have for you is correct it’s the one on your website.
Have you a contact number as clearly I can’t get a response by email? Don’t feel comfortable spending my money with you until I am able to communicate your contact number please?

Easy redemption with customer service at superior levels

I was able to extend my voucher when I couldn't use it within the time. Customer service was easy to speak with (via email) and redemption was easy, prompt and fast. Strongly recommend as gift for golfers

Booked a 3 day golf break in 4 months time and paid in full in advance. Completed the golf voucher shop redemption form and almost immediately received a confirmation of receipt. A couple of days later I received an email to inform me he money was being sent to my account. An excellent prompt service,

Excellent support from Alison at Golf Voucher. Due to Covid I was running out of time to use my voucher and she very kindly gave me a 4 month extension. Very responsive and would highly recommended this company when buying golf vouchers.

Do not use this company. Have reported them to ActionFraud. They do not respond to submitted voucher claims and follow-up emails. Please avoid.

Had reason to contact Golf Voucher Shop and the response I received was excellent. Dealt with Alison who was really helpful. My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Due to Covid and lockdown I asked if my vouchers could be extended and they duly obliged. Their response time was rapid - thank you so much and a special shout out to Alison.

Really great company, put wrong email and they adjusted this straight away with no problems. Brilliant thanks
