Poor delivery experience
Ordered on the 03/07. No updates, no delivery of clubs. Very upset child having spent his savings on clubs. No replies to emails.

Hi Nicole, please accept our apologies for this experience.
Our delivery partners DPD should send tracking information as soon as the items leave our warehouse. DPD then make two delivery attempts before returning the item to our warehouse, and a full refund being issued.
We completely understand your frustration and we're actively working with DPD to improve this situation. If you would like to contact info@golfway.com, we can further discuss and come to a resolution.

Great quality products and as a company very good to respond to any questions. Pricing is very competitive and product range is every thing you would need. The only negative I would have is that ordering direct from R.O.I was difficult but Golfway were trying to rectify.

Good product,
Sent email to try and adjust order but no reply or response now it’s delivered. They seem happy to sell but not happy for returns or refunds. Still Waiting for response a week later….good product tho.
