This has been an excellent experience. I ordered a Nokia G200 and case for it. I thought the price was good and there were no delivery costs. Everything arrived a few days later which I thought was super quick, especially considering I don’t live in England. Everything came well packed for overseas. I love the phone and the case fits nicely. I also like their website and ordering was so easy. I would certainly order again in the future. Thanks.

I recently purchased a product from Gomibo and was not happy with it. I decided to return it to get a refund and that process has been a nightmare. It has been over 40 days now since I returned the item and I still have not received my refund. The customer service has been terrible. I have been told multiple times that I will receive a response within 3 days, but it has been 12 days and still no response. Do not purchase from Gomibo because you will never get your money back.

Delivery time taken from head, next day it even not shiped, no tracking, just label created.
When you ring ask what hapening it everybodys fault just not them, they happy return your money when parcel get back to them, but are it not must be dispached first?
Company was choose for next day delivery, and thats was mistake, believe that they gona send for next day.

good product - order process was excellent - reason it was not a 5 is down to their delivery partners who wasted a morning for me by saying it would be delivered between 0900 and 1300 and then at 1245 saying it was rescheduled to the next day

on the 14th of November I received a call from Gomibo call centre where I was offered a €20.00 to remove or revise my review.

Dear Gomibo, to be honest with you I would have preferred that someone of your team had replied to my request for help to your customers centre.

The request was sent sat 29th October from my internal account, where I was asking for help and in your reply you stated that I should have been contacted in the next 48 hours. Obviously no one contacted, I was reached out only after that you read my post!

Now it's clear for me the reason behind your high rate of reviews. But I don't think it's polite to offer vouchers for revise reviews.

Keep your €20 and thanks that I didn't sent back the watch. I won't never buy from you!

I am very upset because I bought a smart watch and should be delivered in two days.

Unfortunately, the watch was sent from Europe to UK and I have to wait 3 more days before the delivery due to customs formalities.

However, the problem is not only to wait, it is also because I was contacted by UPS to confirm an email with different requirements e.g.

- Customs procedure or reason for import (e.g. standard import, home use, return, sample, etc.)
- Commodity code or plain language goods description
- Your EORI number
- Approval to use your Deferment Account Number (DAN), where appropriate
- Any other information we must take into account when completing this Customs declaration on your behalf

So they processed it on my behalf.

I think you (Gomibo) should clearly state on your site that you are shipping from Europe, which could be a nightmare with all the bureaucracy involved if one lives in UK.

I still have to receive my watch, but I am already unsatisfied!

I ordered a phone for my Son, it arrived as promised and he is happy with it. I would use Gomibo again.

Ordered my Smart watch on Wednesday evening price was cheaper than Amazon (by £30), the watch arrived Friday morning. It is perfect, does exactly what it says on the tin. Very happy

Everything went as planned, phone was a good price, I ordered it and it arrived quickly. The only catch is it came with an EU plug, but that's a minor bump in the road.

Very good price and arrived within a couple of days. Really good.
