First off, I was super impressed with James (Founder) when I met him via LinkedIn. Super great guy looking to help businesses.
I was very pleasantly surprised that after putting out my listing, I was getting clicks almost immediately!
I quickly had to change my link to make sure I could track the traffic and optimize my results with my listing details!
Super exciting!
My apologies for rating so low as I was confusing your situation with another company. Pls advise how I can reverse my previous ratings and then show me the link to my "Free" listing.

This is apparently taking them longer than the "5 - 7" business days they suggested in the email below. No doubt the result of strains from being a Startup company.

We don't currently have an active Palm Springs directory, but we can create one for the Coachella Valley and add your business to it for you since you have already created an account. Don't worry, you will be able to make any changes to it after we do so if you wish. Please be aware, creating a new directory normally takes 5-7 business days. Once it is complete and we have added your business to it for you we will send you an e-mail with the link and more information.

HI Michael,
We created a new directory and listing for your local business (for free) which was published on August 9th, 2018. We do apologize for the "extra day" that it took, but as you can see we did say 5-7 days "normally", During periods of high loads it may take longer, in some instances sooner. Creating your listing itself also took "additional" time on top of creating a new directory for our site. Not to mention, you stated time was not a concern of yours as evidenced by your response to our e-mail:
