Terrible customer service

Bought their 3 in 1 Valet charger and it developed a fault after 6 months (iPhone charger would randomly stop) They offer a 2 year warranty, which I claimed on but after initially saying that they would dispatch a replacement I have heard nothing after 2 months and all communications are being ignored. Luckily I bought via Apple website and trying to resolve through them.

If customer service is important to you, go elsewhere!

Poor customer service...You can only email them and they seem to answer only the questions they want to.
Cannot talk with a human
Anxious to get the sale; not anxious to help solve a problem
Previous to buying the Nimble Champ I emailed the company. Customer rep gave me incorrect information...said the Nimble Champ was "fully compatible" with my older iphone. It is not. I needed to purchase additional equipment to make it work.
Angry with the whole experience, I sent it back!

Their charger stoppped working after…

Their charger stoppped working after few months and from June I am trying to get replacement which I didn’t get at all.Everytime they ask me for email and name and that’s it nothing happened I will go tomorrow to check with Apple Store as I bought it from there .I have many emails as prof as well.AVOID AT ALL COST!

Nimble Fold charger not working

Nimble Fold charger not working. Emailed for a replacement which they agreed to and said improvements were being made to the charger and a replacement would be issued by the end of June with a dispatch email supposed to have been sent already. I've chased a few times for updates on a dispatch, but no response from the team at all. I'm having to get Apple to step in as it was purchased from their store but this is proving difficult as well.

Unresponsive customer service

Totally unreliable.  I had to return a defective product (folding 3-in-1 charger) and got as far the last step in the process for returns. At which point, there are two "buttons" to click; either "PRINT & EMAIL SHIPPING LABEL" or "Go to Home".  The "PRINT & EMAIL SHIPPING LABEL" button did not work  - nothing happened.  The only way to communicate with GoNimble support is via email ( no phone number provided).  They told me it was my browser that needed updating or to try another browser.  I tried on 5 different computers and 3 different browsers.  Not working, BUT the " Go to Home" button worked.  I asked that they email me the label so I could return the defective product.  They replied that they fixed the problem and to try again. Still not working.  Sent another email (April 12) and they didn't even bother to respond. This is a TECH COMPANY THAT CAN'T FIX THEIR OWN WEBSITE! I finally brought the defective product to the nearby Apple store since I bought the GoNimble charger from Apple online. Even though Apple clearly states they are not responsible for warranties on other brand products, they took care of it. That is great customer service -  kudos to Apple.

Great company, great vision, great support, great products. Looking forward to buying more products and I hope this brand takes off someday.
