I am very sorry to report that I was told I had to wear these insoles for at least 30 days to ensure they would be appropriate.
I explained to the salesman that I had two artificial hips, my left leg was slightly shorter than my right and it would be extremely important that they were fit for me.
He said he understood.
After wearing these insoles for the required amount of time, I was in excruciating pain in my back.
I went to my orthopedist and explained the pain.
His response was, “Please return these immediately and stop wearing them.” He explained that unless I had custom made insoles, taking into consideration that there was no way Good Feet could customize for my unique issues.
When I asked how much the product was, he said, 1,500.00. My first bill was for 2,398.36.
Please be aware of their sales tactics.
