Please say Thankyou to Ellen, from the Kalamazoo Store on South Westnedge.
She gracefully spoke to my Dad and explained all the information step by step. She listened to his opinion and his wants. She switched out product and had him get up and walk to let her know his feed back.
It was great to see my Dad finally "walk" with confidence without wobbling and shuffling his feet.
Ellen even sized my feet. I initially just wanted to see my correct size of shoe. It turned into a great experience for myself. I never put myself "first". It's always my husband and son. Today!! I chose Me and it Feels Awesome!!!
