A Most Helpful and Competent Employee
I was greeted immediately when I entered the store and an employee, Melissa, helped me as soon as she finished with another customer. She tested my foot arches then proceeded to get shoes and arch supports to correct my feet, all the while explaining details of what I would experience. Melissa is highly knowlegeable, professional and friendly helping me understand how to use arch supports. I returned to the store on 8/18/2026 because the shoes were tight and I had difficulty walking longer distances and times. The shoes were exchanged for a larger size, which fit better and are much more comfortable, without question. Melissa took time to set up 2 pairs of shoes and explain details and answer all my questions. I had 2 extremely positive experiences with Good Feet Store policies all because Melissa was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Brad was an excellent salesperson
Brad was an excellent salesperson. My husband came in not knowing what he wanted to do about the pains in his feet. He was won over with great step by step understanding of the arch supports. He also bought Brooks shoes. EXCELLENT PRODUCT -excellent representation with Brad.
