I wanted to update our outdated listing; they updated it very quickly. They have very good support.

Needed some help with our listing, it was dated, had our old company name so we needed to make some corrections. Not all updates are possible directly, need to open a case with support and I found their help and response time excellentt.

Overall experience was good.

The account registration cannot be completed because they don't send a verification letter. My submission is pending for weeks. Support never replies. And the most funny thing - there is no way to delete the account..

I'm going to echo what Elle Tea said--this company grabbed our info, created a profile without our consent and then reached out to our customers again, without our consent.

Garbage site.

This company is a scam. They listed our company without our permission AND reached out to our customer base without our permission, in a way that was highly misrepresentative - making our customers think that we approved of them.

And there is NO way to remove the listing on your own.

If you're thinking of doing a review for them, do NOT give them your information despite their 'claims' of giving away free items for a review. They're a scam.

GoodFirms is highly recommended by me to all the business owners, Who are looking for the best software for their business needs. They have very well vetted out and trustworthy reviews.

I created my company and cannot edit it. I reached the support, they replied me once, I asked one more question and they ended the chat. I reached them twice again and no reply received.
Now I'm trying to remove my company and my account information from their site hoping they are GDPR compliant. But these 'tryings' unfortunately also not strict and quick.

Stumbled upon them while researching some b2b software reviews. The reviews where clear and concise yet delivered all the information I needed. Went for a few listed solutions and am quite happy with them till date. Had no issues whatsoever writing my own customer reviews either. All in all, based on my experience Goodfirms is one of the best software review and rating sites out there. Great listings and great companies to work with. Definitely Recommended!!
