What started as a potentially poor experience turned out great due to Shey's customer service. I initially ordered this fountain thinking it was something a little different and realized that I wanted to return it. Initially, I got what was probably an automated response stating that if there wasn't a defect, it couldn't be returned, which is contradictory to their return policy. Shey got my email request for a refund due to their policy and she granted me a full return, apologized, and isn't making me ship the fountain back. Thank you, Shey, for handling this return professionally and quickly.

Some have written in about returning or possibly returning the water fountain. No one has mentioned they charge $10 to do this. I’m wondering if it is waived in their case.
In addition, in case anyone is concerned about it, these are apparently manufactured in some European or Asian source. If you track your item it shows it is going thru the import process. This could be why it takes so long for delivery and you think it must be lost.
I ordered mine 8/2, a week and a half ago. (I was too impressed with the long explanation written on Facebook by one of the developers.). Practically everything was gone over except that it was manufactured in a foreign country.

I would have looked elsewhere for this type of item if I had known this company was manufacturing in another country.

I almost cancelled right then but decided to wait until it arrives. I received lots of email telling me it was on its way, they were sure when I received it I and my dogs would be thrilled (not exact wording), it was on its way!

Shey and the team at Good Origins resolved my issue right away with good communication. My order arrived damaged and Good Origins honored the guarantee and sent a complete replacement.

I already love, love, love not only the dog fountain but the company! I had a few questions, e-mailed customer service and had the answers I was looking for within a few hours. Amazing! Had a follow-up question and the same incredibly fast response. Not only was customer service friendly & professional, but it was totally fantastic actually "speaking" with a real human rather than AI being given one prompt after another! This company is tops in my estimation, on the same par as "Chewy" for those who have purchased from them. I have already recommended the water fountain to several family members & friends. It is a great product, cycling the water and keeping it clean & cool. My 10 yo Eurasier girl, loves it! It has been a perfect experience all around.

I was having trouble understanding the instructions, but thankfully, Shey from customer service helped me. She explained everything step by step in a way that was very easy to follow.

I also really appreciated how quickly she responded to my questions. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process much easier for me. I’m very happy with the support I received from Good Origins. Thank you, Shey!

My order went missing but the help I received from Darwin and Shey was exceptional they were very helpful in trying to find out just where my order had vanished to but unfortunately my order had disappeared into thin air.

Unfortunately I had to send my dog's water bowl back to Good Origins. She wouldn't get near it though we tried for 3 days. She is a rescue with anxiety problems. My experience with Shey in Customer Service could not have been more pleasant. She was terrific to chat & work with. I'm sorry Lucy wouldn't use the dog waterer.

I made an error in my order and sent a note to cancel. I quickly received a reply and satisfaction. Other companies have failed to respond or have said the order was already sent - impossible because it was too soon.
I will be reordering .

I want to say some wonderful words about this company and their incredible communication. Long story short due to our difficult post office situation in my Mountain, town. My order was quite delayed. I contacted good oranges and they assured me they would check on it immediately. They got back to me. It was still delayed, but they stayed in wonderful communication. I had a lot of things going on at the time. This was happening and lost my patience. I communicated to them that I would like to send it back when it gets here they wrote back and said completely understand. This is not the way we want things to go. You’re a valued customer and I have to tell you we communicated back-and-forth four or five times there was no pressure whatsoever. They said if you want to send it back, here’s the address they did offer quite a nice discount if I wanted to keep it like I said, I had a lot of stuff going on so I chose to send it back. The incredible kind and wonderful communication I got back from these people is just something else. I ask if I could write a review if they could send me a link so I could tell others your order may take a little bit of time to get here, but these are good people that care we sent prayers and blessings to each other told them I was trying to start my own business and having a hard time at a late stage in life and the kindness and the prayers that I got back I just can’t tell you it makes me wanna cry Support these people they’ve made a good product and they’re completely right about moving water being better for your pets. Fantastic customer service and that counts!
Darwin dealt with an issue that was due to shipping, and really not a company problem.
He took it on, however, in a very professional manner. And immediately told me a new bowl would be sent as the one I had was dented in two spots, however still usable. He said that was not how they did business and is sending a new one. They liked the idea of me not returning the dented bowl, which I had sent photos of, but instead giving it to someone who could not afford a new one.

The 4.0L (134 Oz) Stainless Steel Pet water fountain is fabulous! It took only a few minutes to set up, (including the required 5 min filter immersion in fresh water). The unit is easy to clean, looks very smart, and the quietness of the little pump is impressive!

Our dog's love their fountain, and they are drinking more water!
Customer support was also amazing- thank you jake for making sure we were taken care of!
The world needs more natural ways to help our pups and i love this.
