Goods - Lingerie Department

My daughter and I went for bra fittings today. Karolina helped and she was excellent. She gave advice, made us feel comfortable and provided so many options to choose from. Would highly recommend Goods and Karolina in the Lingerie Dept.

Visited today Sat 7th June. Two young women on a mid floor talking away, didn't say hello or acknowledge my presence. Plain rude. Left and won't be back.

I am disappointed with the service

I am disappointed with the service. Two young girls busy with themselves. Completely ignoring the customer. I wanted to buy a bra. While in the fitting room, no one approached me to make sure I had the right size etc. Two young shop assistants were busy gossiping and in the end they were joined by another colleague from the shop. I stood in the fitting room with the curtain drawn off a good while, in bra, waiting for someone to react. I left the shop quietly, those girls probably didn't notice either. TRAGEDY! I don't know where such people come from

excellent staff!

I ordered some clothes on December 22nd as a birthday present for my grandson in January. I received a call the next day from a lovely staff member asking if I needed them for Christmas and if there was a way of getting them to me quickly. As it happened I received them on Christmas Eve so I would have to say that the quality and service was excellent.

Excellent turnaround time and excellent communication.
The items received were perfect - exactly as ordered and in perfect condition.
